Disagree. I like to savor this show like a good whisky.
I hate it when they dump a show all at once; I'd rather enjoy it week to week. What's odd though is I hate having to wait a week between shows.

The only thing I hate about BCS is we know to an extent that certain characters will end up. Only downside is it's a prequel

To an extent, but not knowing the fate of the two main characters and transitioning to modern day for the finish is a big difference from most prequels.

It is, I just wish we were able to see more of Lalo and Nacho

Gonna try to avoid the Kim speculation as best I can now.

I don't wanna see Space Mountain with the lights on. I'll go along for the ride.

It's the shared experience, isn't it? We all know we are watching it within a day of each other and can all discuss at work the next day, or with friends, or on here. rather than "I can't say anything, what episode are you on?"

I wonder if Kim showing up at Gus' door to shoot him was a slight call back to Jesse showing up at Gale's door.

Both were done in absolute desperation mode and both to screw with Fring.
Didn't make that connection but it very well could be intentional. I did like how the aerial shot of Kim outside Gus' house was definitely a callback to the same shot of Walt outside Gus' house in BB.

It's not likely going to be outdone, but doesn't mean we won't see some good tv.

Last attempt before giving up.

Minor spoiler about when Walt & Jesse will appear on BCS.
While Cranston and Paul didn't reveal details of just how their characters might work into the Saul storyline as it wraps up its sixth, and final season, IMDB.com has already updated both actors' filmography pages showing they will appear in episode 10 on July 25.

So I think we're likely to get some big updates tonight regarding where Kim is during the BB timeline. Any final predications?

I think she's in Nebraska and we see her in the Gene flash forward. maybe she ended up in prison during BB or maybe her and Jimmy had a falling out ending up with her leaving him. I would lean towards prison.

Ok, so someone help my dumbass out. I just did AMC+'s 7-day free tidal solely to watch the already released episodes for season 6. When I go to BCS, they only show the preview for the 2nd half of season 6 as available, absolutely no previous season 6 episodes. DO they take them all down (including those already released) until Monday?

What's the point of paying for AMC+ if you can't stream already released episodes?

There's a marathon of the first 6 episodes on IFC tomorrow. Says 9:45 on BCS social channels, but not sure what time zone. Check it out

I feel like I've somehow taken a time machine back to 2002 or some sh**. I should just be able to stream already released season 6 episodes, AMC is just ******ed.

Thanks for the tip though!

Yeah, I'm getting the distinct feeling that tonight is the last episode of the main, 2004, Better Call Saul timeline.

Sounds like next week is the Walt and Jesse appearance, which means we likely stay in Albuquerque, but jump years ahead in time.

And then I'm sticking with my prediction that the final three episodes are all Omaha.

You could be right but it seems like they would have a TON of loose ends to tie up in one episode for that to be true.

Like what, though? Sandpiper? I could be wrong, but I don't see the Howard stuff coming back on Jimmy/Kim in any kind of significant way (at least in terms of plot/jail time), and I've never been one to think that Kim gets vacuumed either. Basically, I think she's just going to have a mental breakdown of sorts, and then leave town of her own volition, leaving Jimmy to spiral and fully become Saul. So all they really have to do this episode is say goodbye (for now) to Kim, and that's it. Then we pick up a few years later with Saul next episode, in Albuquerque, the Sandpiper payment has come through, we see Walt and Jesse in whatever cameo capacity, "connect" the two shows, and then we're off to Omaha for homestretch.

Is the house getting raided in this timeline or the BB timeline?
TCTTS

My guess would be next episode. We skip ahead to 2008 and then get some kind of episode that bridges the two shows, we see the lead-up to his house being raided, etc.

Or 2009 or whenever the end of Breaking Bad took place. I just know it started in 2008.

This is an interesting theory and something I didn't think about. But it makes sense. They cannot go back to their normal lives now (well I guess Jimmy can go back to being Saul). Jimmy and Kim are both "in" and cant go back. The Howard situation will unfold and things will likely go according to Mike's plan. Kim will either die or leave town and start anew (hoping it's the latter). Jimmy will likely cut ties with everyone at HHM. The main villain is dead and we see all of the remaining Salamancas in BB. Not much of a storyline left in BCS.

So if you're right, tonight would be the BCS finale and the remaining 4 would be epilogue episodes.

FWIW, BB was similar. I always saw Ozymandias as the real finale and then the final 2 episodes as an epilogue.

One plot point that may get revived tonight: the DA's office continuing to scrutinize Jimmy and his connection to Lalo. In part one, Jimmy had a slip where he used Lalo's name instead of the pseudonym when talking to the prosecutors. You know in the interim they've dug up more stuff on Lalo and aren't done trying to get more out of Jimmy.

Jimmy and Kim are also going to have to come up with a story to HHM and Cliff Main since they were the last ones to see Howard. I wonder if Cliff gets suspicious of them since Howard (I think) told Cliff he thought Jimmy was messing with him. If Howard presumably went on a bender and drove to CA but Jimmy was the last to see him alive... the **** could hit the fan. This could be the final straw that pushes Kim out of town.

Yes, the Lalo slipup seems like something that they wouldn't leave unanswered. What about the lab? That was a huge part of the storyline. Are they just going to ignore how it gets finished? Howard's disappearance is going to have to be explained somehow. Cliff Main has to be at least somewhat suspicious of Jimmy at this point. And the biggest plot point of all. WHAT HAPPENS TO KIM? I guess that can all be wrapped up tonight but it just seems like a lot to me.

And I would think they would show more of the Saul transition such as the change in decor to the office and his foray into TV lawyer guy. He hasn't really had any Better Call Saul commercials yet, has he?
