Absolutely blew my mind as a freshman in HS in a way few other albums have, before or sense. To me this is among a handful of albums that defined the 90's and stands the test of time better than just about anything else. Amazing LP in every since.

Correct. Pearl Jam - Ten , or Nirvana - Nevermind. Those are the epitome of 90's Alt/Grunge.
And this is how I know my 13 year old has better musical taste than you doTeacher_Ag said:
Grunge was a short-lived subgenre that has not aged well at all. Most of the bands you listed were good at capturing that sound and that sound only, and it's pretty boring. I know it sounds elitist but when 40 year old dudes tell me Pearl Jam is better than Radiohead I have to take a step back and realize that there are people out there who think Rocky is better than The Godfather. I love you guys and am glad you enjoy buttrock with that Creed-sounding vocal style, but you're wrong.
Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness may be asking you to hold their beerBrian Earl Spilner said:
Blood Sugar Sex Magik beats all the albums listed, genre notwithstanding.
Edit: Except maybe Nevermind.
OKC isn't even their best albumTeacher_Ag said:
MCIS is in my top 5 with OK Computer. Both albums are far better than anything else mentioned in this thread.

I'm glad you at least enjoy MCIS but everything else you said is pants on head.
