This show is just phenomenal. Everything about it is so well done and it hits every note you want a show to hit. It is funny, heartfelt, thoughtful and sometimes dramatic all at once. Fantastic!

I'm not normally into this type of stuff but yeah a fantastic show.

Such a fantastic show. Can't recommend this enough.

I love the references to other shows and movies.

Btw, I'm almost positive Jason Segal's character's house has been wiped off the map by the fires here in Pasadena/Altadena. The house they used (for exteriors) is in Altadena, directly where the Eton fire is, at the foothill of the canyon. I looked it up once, because I'm not too far away (about three miles south and am safe so far), and now looking again I would be shocked if it survived, as most of that area is gone. The Walsh house from 90210 was in that neighborhood as well (not even remotely close to Beverly Hills, ironically), and it's gone too...

The Walsh House from 90210 was actually in Altadena.

Among other things, this fire has erased some of the greatest achievements in all of American architecture: masterpieces of arts and crafts, hacienda, mid century modernist homes…

It's funny you posted this. I listen to the 90210MG podcast (I know, I know…flame away). Jennie Garth mentions quite frequently that the Walsh house is (was) in Altadena, and I wondered if it got caught in the fire.

I also saw a photo of burned beachside structures that looked a lot like the beach apartment where Kelly and Donna lived and wondered if that survived.

I just started this show last weekend and already made it into season 2. I don't like it quite as much as Ted Lasso, but you can tell they share a lot of DNA, even if you didn't know that Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein created both shows. Harrison Ford is so great in this show, I don't say that as I'm surprised, more to acknowledge that we haven't had nearly as much of him in recent years and I wish we did. Almost every episode I feel like I might yell out "That's Harrison ******* Ford!" Their prior work on Ted Lasso has definitely helped them with the balance the tone between humor and seriousness. Similar to Ted Lasso I can't think of anyone I'd recast or get rid of, everyone fits and plays a role. I'm only a few episodes into season 2 so it's hard to wrap my head around Brett Goldstein's character at the moment.

Wife and i just finished this. Really enjoyed it. Really well done and it was great to see Ford in a diff type role for him. Look forward to 3.

Season 2 is much better to me.
