What are your greatest video game accomplishments? For me, it's beating Super Mario 64 with seventy stars while only dying twice, one hundred percenting 55 out of 60 levels in Yoshi's Island (Gameboy Advance version), gold starring (no damage) every level in Kirby Mass Attack except for one, beating Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories without using sleights, and beating Cackletta's Soul from Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga without taking damage.

High score on Crazy Climber back in 1985 (?), back when quarters held your place in line.
Put in my 3 initials as S.E.X. because that's how the high climbers rolled. I listed as high score about 11 minutes.

Beat the level "Cradle" on Goldeneye in 1:48 seconds to easily beat the requirement to unlock the golden gun
Getting a road kill with the skid loader in Battlefield 3.
Also I'd have to say beating Metal Gear Solid 2 on Extreme difficulty and making it pretty far on Euro Extreme on "Substance" as pretty high on the list….

Playing 1 v 1 and I got hit, plane is smoking from damage and barely in control. I managed to get on the opponent's 6 and shoot him down.
He told me later when it happened, he just hung head in shame.

My friend completed all 360 achievements in Kid Icarus: Uprising, which is very impressive. He also got all 999 Moons in Super Mario Odyssey and all 900 Korok Seeds in Breath of the Wild. He also got all 128 achievements in Super Smash Bros. Brawl (without using any hammers) and all 251 achievements in Melee.

I did this too. It's not as challenging as it sounds

Around 2000, Duddley's had a South Park pinball machine and I held the highest score on it for quite a while.

Funny you say that. My accomplishment is maxing out the score on Tecmo (99 points). It was when I was a kid, and I don't remember if it was the or original Tecmo or Super. I'm pretty sure I was using the Bills, though, so it was probably Super Tecmo.
Beating Hollow Knight with over 100% and the true ending.
Finished Bionic Commando as a kid. Pretty tough game, even more so because I didn't know how to earn continues at the time.
5 straight Tetris 99 wins
I finished the coin game Double Dragon on one quarter.
I do think for my kids, it will be whenever they can beat me at Mario Kart.

In the early 90s there was an Asian dude who would hold serve on the Air Hockey table in the arcade at Hullabaloo! at the MSC. He was like Chong Li from Bloodsport, he plugged the machine full of quarters and would challenge people to play him. Then he would destroy you 7-0 over and over.
One day I went up against him and using my boarding-house reach (I'm 6 ft 7) to get up on him 2-1 and turned around like Ogre when he knocks Chong down, hyping up the crowd, which consisted of my roommate and his girlfriend. He then switched hands, just like Wesley in Princess Bride, and streamrolled me 7-2 in about 4 minutes.
One day I went up against him and using my boarding-house reach (I'm 6 ft 7) to get up on him 2-1 and turned around like Ogre when he knocks Chong down, hyping up the crowd, which consisted of my roommate and his girlfriend. He then switched hands, just like Wesley in Princess Bride, and streamrolled me 7-2 in about 4 minutes.
I was once trapped on a warehouse in Battlefield 2 with a helicopter trying to wait me out.
Other players kept swarming the place, and I knew if I stayed, I'd be overrun.
So I decided to bolt, even though all I had was a pistol and a sniper rifle.
Sniper rifle in hand, I flew out of the warehouse, and head shot the pilot in flight, without aiming, on the run, through an obscured windshield, at about 200 meters.
It was before everyone could replay their accomplishments.
Alas!
Second event, same Battlefield 2 game.
I saw a multi-player squad moving in formation come around a Boulder.
I was too close to aim, so I rushed them. About 8 players.
I knifed the 1st. Then the second. Was waiting yo get shot down at any second, just trying to get as many as I could.
I knifed the whole squad. If you've played, you know how long the stab mechanic takes. I thought I'd get 2 or maybe 3 before getting leveled.
To this day, I have no idea how no one could draw a bead before I killed them all.
Other players kept swarming the place, and I knew if I stayed, I'd be overrun.
So I decided to bolt, even though all I had was a pistol and a sniper rifle.

If you like the Kingdom Hearts games, there's someone on YouTube named Gamechamp3000 that has videos about beating Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 at Level 1. I saw their video over Kingdom Hearts 1 and it was good.
I've seen all the speed runners. It's crazy how much depth the combat system has.
Also, beating Cuphead. I realize beating the game is just a basic requirement, but damn that game was HARD.

I'm a pretty average to poor gamer. I was pretty damned good at Golden Eye. But my biggest accomplishment was going over to a friends house that had Star Fox on N64. He was a huge gamer. Had a group of 6 playing swapping out on multiplayer. I had never played star fox. But some how it just clicked that day I dominated to the point he rage quit.

Did you ever get a perfect score on any of the Cuphead bosses? I've started playing recently and I've gotten a perfect score on The Root Pack and Goopy Le Grande.
I think I beat Metroid and was pretty good at Castlevania. Also got back up to full health in Grand Theft Auto if you know what I mean.
Beating Ninja Gaiden. I did it on the NES online version with save states and it was still the hardest thing I've done.
