Though the release date is Friday 3/22, I think most theatres are showing as early as Thursday 3/21. I saw all the ones in B/CS are. Still probably see it on Friday night though.

So...much like "Rust City" (referring to where the muncher ghost was found) was a code name for Ghostbusters: Afterlife, "Firehouse" and "Hell's Kitchen" were two code/productions names for Frozen Empire. Kinda cool that we will get to see other parts of the firehouse in this movie.

A lot of GB fans thought the OGB's in Afterlife were kinda written in at the last minute, which, I think the cameos were fine, but the fact that they just abruptly show up felt off to me. Like did they fly in? Did they uber from the airport to get there? And maybe it was filmed, but it was cut out...there were quite a few scenes cut out that we saw in the previews or talked about by Jason Reitman that didn't make it and were not on the home release.

But to stress again, Ray and Winston should have some significant screen time in this film and Bill Murray less, but still more than what he was in GB:A. It will be different though seeing Winston take the lead as he is the one financing everything now.

I did see a different site where the run time was longer than what I had posted last week. I'm hoping that is the case.

Just over a month out.

Thanks for this. I just saw an ad for Frozen Empire and was like, "what, did that 'Hell's Kitchen' one happen already and I missed it?"

In the Japanese trailer, Phoebe refers to the ghost dragon as the "Hell's kitchen Sewer Dragon"
