- Then literally says "I don't want to be too prophetic or say by a certain date something's going to come out, because there's a lot of causal factors, but I do have confidence that it's going to escalate in the next 60 to 90 days, and there's going to be a lot of pressure…" talking about what Congress is currently doing to try and continue moving the ball forward, not to achieve outright disclosure itself.
