    i read the preamble and didn't see anything, but they had to have excluded sports games, right? no madden, ncaa or tecmo bowl?

    Uncharted 4 needs to be added and way up there. Super Smash Bros also. Assassin's Creed II. SpiderMan. GoldenEye and Mario are way low

    The 4 game set is one of the top tier video game stories of all time. Up there with Mass Effect and Last of Us

    Actually the games I always go back to seem to be Tecmo Super Bowl, NCAA Football any year, and then Dr. Mario.

    I assume it's just in terms of playing. Which I agree with Quake not being on it. If we factored in pioneering games, Quake could be top 10.

    new one? the sequel is out in a week or so. BOTW is many years old already!


    I started playing it last summer and it completely mind blowing what the engine can do. There are youtube videos as recent as last week of people still finding out new things in this 7 year old game.

    I liked BOTW but I think #1 is quite generous. An improved quest system and better final boss would make a lot of difference. That said… hard for me to argue with too much of that list.

    GoldenEye isn't higher because it's kind of a beating to play now and is better left to your memories. I don't know if Doom or Tetris hold up better to be fair.

    List is straight up garbage for many reasons. One yet to be mentioned is no Horizon series. Either Zero Dawn or Forbidden West should be on there, don't care which one. Hell both probably should be.

    I'm not even a super gamer and I know that list is trash.

    Are they considering Counter Strike as a part of Half Life? If not and they're separate entities then the list is immediately broken just for that. Not to mention Super smash bros (GameCube) and Mario Kart double dash (GC)

    I think my main takeaway is how many great games there are. I don't see a Mega Man game on that list but I'm not getting my nuts in a twist over it either.
