Suzanne Summers passing reminded me of this ending... a great great movie. Some of the epilogue was a gut punch.

Dead Ringer starring Bette Davis. She plays the role of twins. One twin is murdered and the plot unfolds. Damn good old movie.

Now say the same thing about JLH.
We're five years apart so naturally I did not have an impure thought about her until roughly some point in 1997, at which point she became the hottest woman on the planet.

Wild Things

One of my all time favorites. A 90's classic.

All of the more minor twists that reveal themselves along the way are good, some kind of predictable. The end credits twists are solid.

But scumbag, strip mall, no name, attorney played by Bill Murray, being an architect of the whole scam with Neve Campbell.

Perfect.

The scenes that happen when the credits roll really uncovered a lot.

Neve Campbell had some major confidence to agree to doing a nude scene that included Denise Richards.

Maybe I need a rewatch: Neve didn't get naked did she? Denise for sure did but I thought I remembered Campbell staying covered.

Super fun movie and yeah the twists are fantastic.
she did not. she did get naked much later in her career and we learned why she did not want to show the cans at the same time as Denise.

That everything pointed to despair, hopelessness and a lifetime of tyrannical servitude that could only be escaped by suicide, culminating with the shocked look when they opened the cell, by all accounts to be looking at a dangling body.

But no, he's gone, he's thriving, he's done it. Big 180 in a short period of time.

I'm fairly certain Denise's were natural at the time. But that's not it. Neve's just aren't shaped well.

That was just the end of Act II. The real twist came in Act III as the hero awakens from his brief slump and uses the Act I weapon to prevail.

Identity was a good one.

The Machinist was interesting. Crazy what Christian did for that role. Ate only an apple a day.
