The question defines the two criteria;
You must have seen the band/artist in the past
0% chance you can see that band again. (in other words, a main member died or is 0% chance coming back)
For me, I think it's Type O Negative. RIP Peter Steele. No other band can come close to filling the void that their completely unique sound left in me.
A close second place would be Chris Cornell solo acoustic or STP if they did some sort of core 25th anny run.
Nearly every band I've seen for my 30 years of concert going are still alive and kicking, save for those few. So while they may not be active, they certainly might be one day.
