I am on a bit of a sci-fi reading streak right now, working through an old Alan Dean Foster novel titled Cachalot, then moving on to Project Hail Mary. Would highly recommend reading all of Frank Herbert's 6 novels. The last 2 books are the best arc in the series, along with the best character in the series.

I expect a lot of Dune Messiah and Children of Dune story arcs to be condensed and even happen way out of order.

And all I really want is to see a Navigator.
