So Moira was vehement about Carl not investigating his own shooting. So why did she give the case to Hardy? Maybe Carl is somehow unknowingly involved?
I think it has more to do with Carl's personality, him being very unpredictable and unable to work with the team already working on the case. Hardy is obviously much more of a team player.Jawn Dough said:
