I think that pardon's don't even need to be announced.

Wouldn't surprise me if the first things Biden signed as POTUS, even though he likely had no idea what they meant, were pardons for anyone and everyone involved in Russiagate. HRC, Rice, Powers, Brennan, Clapper, Elias, Comey, Yates, Obama, himself, etc.

The entire gang is likely walking around w/them already should they ever actually be convicted.

Durham had a choice of either DC or Virginia as he has residences in both. (Danchenko, that is.)
