Amazing that Lindell thought he could get away with this.
He brought in a bunch of legitimate experts and gave them some incredibly bad data. Not in original format, had been sorted, etc. One of the files they gave the contestant was just a list of random Chinese IP addresses with no other context. He said he had a bunch of intercepted data packets, but he never provided those. Just a bunch of random crap.

Mike Lindell tells @darehgregorian he's broke. "We've lost everything, every dime... All of it is gone." His lawyers say he owes them millions.https://t.co/2ei4HzTRRy

the arbitrator has no ability to make him pay.Yesterday said:
Ignorant question here. Does the arbitrator have any leverage to force him to pay?

A Colorado federal judge on Wednesday ordered two attorneys for MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell to explain why she shouldn't refer them for discipline for a brief full of misquotes, miscited cases and references to cases that "do not exist," noting that it wasn't until she asked about artificial intelligence that one of the lawyers admitted to his use of it.
U.S. District Court Judge Nina Y. Wang ordered attorneys Christopher I. Kachouroff of McSweeney Cynkar & Kachouroff PLLC and Jennifer T. DeMaster to explain how they prepared a response brief in former Dominion Voting Systems executive Eric Coomer's defamation lawsuit against Lindell, MyPillow Inc. and Lindell's website FrankSpeech LLC.
That brief contained nearly 30 "defective citations," including misquotes of cited cases, misrepresentations of legal principles and case law, and citations of cases that don't exist, Judge Wang wrote, ordering the attorneys to explain why she shouldn't sanction them
This surprises me not.Quote:

Much of the "room for errors" is deliberate, and the "errors" are also.Signel said:
I knew he was wrong, and I work on election security. Coincidentally, I'm fiscally conservative and not woke... I've argued with many on here about what they believe is the case, and what the reality is. Sadly, since the entire country seems to have different standards (by state) and implementations, there is plenty of room for "errors."

Christopher Kachouroff of McSweeney Cynkar & Kachouroff PLLC admitted in a declaration Friday that he uses artificial intelligence to "analyze my own and my opposition's arguments" and "analyze the structure of my outline and the logic of arguments as well as those of the opposition," but he insisted he does not rely on it for legal research.
****
Kachouroff said Friday that he didn't know when he was questioned last week about the error-laden brief that his co-counsel, solo practitioner Jennifer DeMaster, had mistakenly filed a draft of the "thoroughly reviewed and cite-checked" document they intended to submit while he was on a weeklong family vacation in Mexico with limited internet service.
Right under the bus with Mrs. DeMaster!Quote:

“You’d better bring the receipts if you’re going to accuse someone of treason and being part of the biggest crime we’ve ever seen,” said Coomer’s attorney Charlie Cain.
