His background litigating for plaintiffs against big pharma/drug companies/regulators etc. would actually make him a pretty good pick for that, imho. He's painful to listen to but his Rogan discussion was very good on that, again my two cents.

1. LDP pushing a Fox News clickbait thread.
2. Seeing the usual suspects (the Magas versus the DeSanties) go after each other.
3. The fact that Fox News actually acts like all the other media outlets with their clickbait articles.

If I recall, this is right out of GWBs, playbook. And Obama carried over Secretary Gates. I think it is prudent to project that you would put the best people in the right seats on the bus, and be willing to reach across the aisle…in normal times.

We aren't in normal times.

In this era, the Democrats have had the true colors revealed that they only care about destroying the middle class, and making everyone poor, miserable and subservient to the elites. There are Republicans in this camp too. The elites have shown they are willing to use mass immigration, induce a pandemic, and force false climate change to create mass hysteria to realize their goals. They have don't it all throughout history, and they will do it again. Watch the UAP hearings: they are going to use ET confirmation to creat more hysteria for their advantage.

Desantis needs to show he is willing to lead the global resistance to this, and do a better job of it than Trump.

So offering the reach across the aisle at this juncture is a bad idea.

at least RFK Junior is honest enough to go against his own party and admit the Vaccines were not a miracle cure and should never have been forced on the people-

It was a direct question about whether or not he would consider RFK as vice president. He said no, and the only real agreement was on some Covid stuff, so the only way he could be of use would be to go against the FDA or CDC. It's right there in the quote. You don't even have to listen to context, it is there IN THE FREAKING QUOTE.

If you consider having reading comprehension skills to be a negative and can't even admit that something is made up crap, then how are you going to get anyone to want to join you if you win? This is how you convince never-Trumpers to be never-Trumpers. You deny what is obvious right in front of you.

It's not uncommon for Presidents to appoint people of the other Party in areas where there is philosophical agreement. DeSantis gave solid reasoning why he might consider RFK for these positions. My guess is that if Trump had done the same, the Trump supporters would think it was a brilliant, astute political move.

Having said that, this is the definition of a troll thread. Misleading/incomplete thread title and OP consisting of a link with no commentary. LDP, you're better than this. I think like a lot of Trump supporters, your head knows who the right/best candidate for 2024 is but your heart just won't let you go there. I hope that changes once the debate/primary season begins.

Ok, so what makes Desantis "not a conservative" then, assuming you actually read what he said?

He is so much more conservative than Trump, that Trump is constantly attacking him from the left on all sorts of things, from "not locking down hard enough" to "being too harsh against abortion".

Trump is not a conservative...never has been...and this is coming from someone who proudly voted for him and agrees with a lot of the stuff he did.
