Man I'm pretty sure they opened it in 95. But maybe I'm wrong. I feel like my first year there was the year it opened. I know there was still a lot of new construction on it because I had a roommate that worked on it. But Maybe it had been open before that.
I really have no idea why you are being such an AHole. I didn't attack you at all. I just used your quote as a common example of what drives these current tuition rates. If it makes you feel better calling me a liar go for it. I couldn't care less. I'm guessing after years of dealing with your student debt burden it's easier to just deny the fact that others did it without all of that. That's cool. Whatever man. Have a great day.
I looked it upon the Blinn college history. Blinn was in Bryan starting in 1970. I took 6 hours of credit at Blinn in the summer of 94 to get some college credit. But it was well established there in 94 when I was there. No construction anywhere. Below is taken from the blinn website,
"In 1970, after Allen Academy closed its junior college division, Blinn opened a new location in Bryan. In 1997, the College's programs in Bryan and College Station were consolidated at the Bryan Campus on Villa Maria."
You like to dish it out but you can't take it when someone pushes back at your cr8p. Typical blowhard, you are sensitive and weak.
I was glad I had the student loans back then. And I would do the same thing today. I was making six figures working for others, then started my own engineering firm in 2012. Like I said, paying of my student loans over two or three years was easy for me as I was trained to live frugal. Personally I think it is a travesty if the Trump kills the financial aid student loan program . And that is coming from somebody that flew his flags in my yard, yard signs, and spoke with others into voting for Trump. I support just about everything Doge is doing, except two or three possible things.
