Trump and the GOP need to aggressively use the sue and settle tactics that the left has used for years. I'm tired of being 3 steps behind when we have to fight this stuff.

Part of me likes this, but the other part is mad as hell that we the taxpayers will have to fork over this money.

It should come from the pockets of the corrupt and evil Dems who weaponized our gov't against us, from their jail cells.
I don't think you know me.

Well, if they take it out of USAID budgeted funds...

They ARE taking it "from the pockets of the corrupt and evil Dems who weaponized our gov't against us".

Let's see where these go.

Quote:

"The Democrats are trying to cheat every single day. That's why we have to have 130 lawsuits. We're bringing the hammer wherever we can. 32 states, we have lawsuits because the Democrats are trying to cheat every single day."

"It doesn't matter if it's redistricting. It doesn't matter if what they've done is they've allowed tens of millions of illegals to come across our border. And they're trying to figure out ways to get them to vote."

"We're putting people in place. We already hired staff in 17 states. But we're going to continue our strong litigation effort to make sure we beat back these Democrats and their efforts that have been ongoing for decades in terms of trying to steal elections."

There we go again, weaponizing our DOJ, right Democrats?

I will say, when Dems go after their political enemies they know what they're doing whether with the courts or bullets, they are determined to get those boogeymen who are trying to make the country great again (the horror!).

Man, I would love to see a summary of all these. I wonder if they WH would give it to me.

This is not directly a Trump admin battle but KBJ hilarity:
Quote:

"The parties who were asking us to expedite the judgment [state Republicans] were doing so because they were embroiled in a political dispute over whether or not to apply the court's ruling in the context of an ongoing election. ...The parties who came to us said, 'Please alter your rules, so that we can essentially have an advantage in the context of this political dispute.' What I thought is that that should not be something that we should do," Jackson said, "because it would look as though we were doing something unusual...to advantage this political party...that was asking us for political reasons to do it."

She is many things (which I won't put in writing), but one thing she is not, is a jurist.

Thomas:

Quote:

"We have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given, than to usurp that which is not given," Thomas wrote.

A district court can't just decline to hear a case which it has jurisdiction over, why should SCOTUS be able to do that?

DoJ probe launched finally into the contemptible E Jean Carroll:

Reminder her crusade was funded by Reid Hoffman, a close epstein associate no less, which she lied about in her deposition:

His Hopewell Fund is a dark money juggernaut that was managed by Arabella Advisors.

I just read the dissent - and it's 10 minutes of my life I won't get back. Her style is equal parts condescending and confrontational. She seems to revel in attempting to insult the other justices - which is hilarious. Her insults fall short b/c they are so completely baseless.

I would expect her clerks to attempt to temper her language and correct some of the unsophisticated writing structure (like beginning a paragraph with "But") - unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. Her opinions come across as childish and bereft of any meaningful analysis or citations to actual authority to support her positions.

When you look at the CVs of her clerks, you get an understanding as to why.

I would assume her team is 100% DEI, so the expectations of any improvements over time should be zero.

Besides all of the rotten things he did and money he and his family took from us, this idiot might remain Biden's most consequential legacy. Amazing.
