I know. That post was probably more a reflection of my age than theirs.GAC06 said:redcrayon said:They look younger than I thought they would.GAC06 said:Science Denier said:GAC06 said:
They're hiring lots of pilots with the bare minimum experience requirements, so good luck making that case. If she passed the approved training, she was qualified to be there.
Not if
1. They are not hiring white males
2. If the approved training was dumbed down in order for unqualified pilots to qualify because they are short poplots due to number one above.
What is not coming out is the gender/race if the new pilots.
Endeavor posts pictures of their new hire classes. They look about like I thought they would.

As for what's come out about the mishap pilots, nothing has officially been released that I'm aware of.
Regionals are a stepping stone. They are always hiring young pilots.
it adds a data point for you because that's what you want to be the outcome regardless of what is in front of you. you will never have enough information to really know, and because you don't you will claim a conspiracytechno-ag said:She may have made the bare qualifications but if she edged out someone even slightly better because of her gender then it's yet another DEI hire failure. You're right they'll make it impossible to prove but it will add to another datapoint just like cigarettes causing lung cancer.GAC06 said:

Huh... I just scrolled back I wonder if that tweet has been edited or maybe I got a bad re-direct. It's not the same one I saw earlier. The imbedded pic I saw earlier was larger, had a reflection from I think a lamp top center and an area redacted by a large red square.SpiDer2008 said:
What name and what dispatch screen shot? You talking about the dispatch remarks about the MEL from the twitter post? If so I don't see a name on that.

OK. I don't have twitter so I can't see comments. It was initially the primary pic in the linked tweetSea Speed said:Kenneth_2003 said:Huh... Because you can see the FOs name and look her up, that’s how, okay?
Let the NTSB do their jobs. Maybe she was a DEI case, but maybe not. The former is a distinct possibility though. pic.twitter.com/wIu9RisLa3

Well, I mean, technically it wasn't a Delta flight, so...redcrayon said:AbsurdProsperdick said:BREAKING: Delta has stated that they still haven't figured out who the pilots were that were flying the plane that crashed in Toronto..

Sense of entitlement? The media and other leftist politicians are already blaming Trump for this latest accident so I think it's important for the public to know. If the narrative wasn't set by the left that orange man bad is responsible I don't think we would be clamoring for this information.Kenneth_2003 said:

Well it's just the pilots name
Wait give us their bio. Give us their work history. Bobbie is their education. Give us... Give. Give. Give
The general public is in a need to know basis and for the time being
YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW
After the DCA crash, we had people here having literal meltdowns because they wanted to name of the female pilot on the Blackhawk.Kenneth_2003 said:

I disagree with this. I fly on airplanes. I DO need to know Perhaps not every detail. Perhaps in due time, but my definition of that may be a lot shorter than what is actually going to happen. We will see.Kenneth_2003 said:

Spot on. Especially now that DEI is part of their hiring practices.Stat Monitor Repairman said:

Right. I have heard this before. Only to find out that the ones pushing an agenda are in charge of the investigation.GAC06 said:

That's going to lead to a bunch of off-topic arguments. But do you deny that the progressive movement in this country has an agenda? And do you deny that progressives with power will control and have controlled information (and investigations) in order to advance that agenda? There are many specific examples of which I am sure you are aware (Trump examples, mass shooting examples, law enforcement examples) that would be better left alone on this thread.GAC06 said:UntoldSpirit said:Right.
