Not really true. They are still around 104 out of 180 in corruption, and Zelensky uses 'anti-corruption' charges to go after his domestic opposition quite broadly.

Worked extensively in both countries. They are both corrupt hellholes. At the earliest possible timing, I shut our businesses down in most of the FSRs after they had been established in the early 2000's.

Had a very close family member that was deployed 40 miles from the Uke border all of 2023 supplying and training the Ukes (and Poles). Let's just say he didn't trust the Ukes farther than he could throw them.
