The mortgage fraud for declaring the building had 4 units, rather than 5, started in the early 2000's, I believe, but has been repeated a few times. I don't know where it stands on the SoL. The original act is well outside the SoL.

Declaring her father is her husband happened well outside the SoL. I don't know whether it was repeated.

No idea on the insurance fraud dates.

Because being the seat of the state government, bringing a crim case against a sitting state officer, any state employed, or adjacent to a state employed person could cause problems with a jury panel. Not only is that a reduction in interest rate, it's a lower insurance rate.

What I don't understand is all of that information should have been been revealed in the appraisal, meaning there's a lot of missing information in these reports (unless the appraiser decided to destroy his livelihood).

It's also likely she'll receive a sentence---of sorts. The Dem party, quite literally have no shame. Most posters here have used the old saying of "means to an end", and no shame is the exact same thing. So she's likely to get something similar to the DOJ attorney who changed emails to make Russiagate more "palatable" to the country, the media acolytes, and the FBI/DOJ. James will probably make 4-5 times more than she currently does with cable or huge NY/DC attorney firms after she loses her law license for 6 months to a year. DC firms will fight over who can give her more money.
