This guy is being groomed to be the next George Floyd. Gotta get ready for all those mostly peaceful riots/fires scheduled for this summer. Need to get the pallets of bricks ordered and pre-positioned ahead of time. Can't waste this golden opportunity to grift.
That's in Friscoe, a reverse George Floyd situation. In the lefts narrative, the Saint Georges of the world have a new money scam and they don't even have to die. Just kill a white person, start a GoFundMe, hire a convicted felon for PR, have your bail dropped 3/4 of a million dollars, bail out, buy an Escalade, move to a gated community, swat the victims families house, and trash their dead son. They're trying hard in north Dallas! Just insane what the country allows to not get called a racist.

Where did the SCOTUS say this guy could get a habeas petition?

Please cite the order.
An older case. Under AEA, the only justiciable issue is by habeas.

Garcia was not deported under the AEA, however. That was Venezuelan TDA members.

That's what I thought. It didn't have anything to do with this case.

As a resident far left heathen, I do not defend any MS. 13 member. I do defend due process as guaranteed in our Constitution for all persons on our soil. I realize the rightist view is the Constitution doesn't apply to non-citizens, but words matter I am of the opinion, and the courts have generally accepted, that "people" and "persons" apply almost universally. SCOTUS goes further than I would when giving corporations personhood. Even further, a critical point in the abortion debate is when is a fetus a person? That's not for me to derail here. However, if you use the logic that the Constitution only applies to citizens, then not corporations and unborn children have no rights because citizen is gained on birth.
As pointed out, he already had his due process and was given a deport order. But, the controversy is over due process about this current case.

Let's just say that your position is the correct one, that having an open court case trumps everything else and he must stay until his due process is completed of his current case. I think the results of that would be our court system would get clogged with suits filed for any number of reasons just to keep people from getting deported so they can get their "due process".

Leftists have proven time and again they will pervert and abuse any system to get what they want, and this would be no different.

Due process in the case of AEA is the ability to file a habeas petition with the court. SCOTUS said as much last week and the Trump DOJ agreed. I fully realize they didn't create this mess, but the Constitution isn't there to make things easy on the government. Quite the contrary.
Where did the SCOTUS say this guy could get a habeas petition?

I wasn't talking about this particular case.

I can assure you Satan vote straight ticket Democrat in every single election!!!

So, according to a lot of LEO those tats are MS 13 tats. Also somebody had Grok examine the photo and this is what it said below.

Quote:

Grok reviewed the image. Grok:

"The symbols on the man's fingers in the image from the X post (Post ID: 1913315538412998966) are tattoos that spell out "MS 13" across his knuckles. According to the detailed breakdown provided in the thread (Post ID: 1913337043230347568), law enforcement officials interpret these tattoos as follows:

- Pointer finger: The tattoo represents the letter "M." The Spanish word for marijuana is "marihuana," and the first letter is "M," symbolizing the "M" in MS-13.
- Middle finger: The tattoo represents the letter "S." The Spanish word for smile is "sonrisa," and the first letter is "S," symbolizing the "S" in MS-13.
- Ring finger: The tattoo is a cross, which is interpreted to represent the number "1." This aligns with the "1" in MS-13.
- Pinky finger: The tattoo is a skull, representing the number "3." The Spanish word for skull is "crneo," and since "C" is the third letter of the alphabet, it symbolizes the "3" in MS-13."

Don't forget having the Frisco PD suppress the video evidence that the murder was in cold blood and not "attacked/jumped by the two brothers" as they want you to believe.

Of course the video will surface eventually but by that time the family will have pocketed well over a million I bet.

Because if they can get a POS like Abrego-Garcia back, that will pretty much kill off Trump's deportation plans and allow all 12-15 million illegals to remain in-country and eventually vote Democrat when the Dems push amnesty through under a D-controlled Congress and WH. "How can you deport this poor Guatemalan laborer when even Kilmar was allowed to stay?"

Democrats will, and have, defended rapists, child mutilators, and wife beaters, all in the name of "fighting back". And they love it.

There's not a Democrat alive that doesn't love the flow of hate, whether it's someone who doesn't agree with them, or whether they simply raped thousands of women on the border or in our blue cities.

The United States apparently leads the world in human trafficking (see slavery). However, due to the fact few rarely report it to our citizens, it's simply allowed to go ahead.

Candidly, I'm not real sure the color of our children and women makes much of a difference in slavery today.

Honestly, I think if the Dems were well informed about all of this, they'd be just fine with it. Remember, several of our world journalist, including Americans, are just okey dokie with rape and wife beating if it makes "racism" disappear.

That's why.
Hate is how progressives sustain themselves. Without hate, introspection begins to slip into the progressive's consciousness, threatening the progressive with the truth: that their ideas and opinions are illogical, hypocritical, dangerous, and asinine.
This is backed by data.

I think that MS-13 has funded the Democrat party in some fashion. Otherwise, it makes no sense for the dRats to strongly fight for them. Just my 2 cents.

After everything Dems have attempted so far. Honey potting or threatening judges is not a bridge too far imo. I realized most of the things that didn't make since over the years was because USAID was paying big money to lie. This is probably no different in some other fashion.

I still wonder why THIS guy is the left's poster child - the gay Venezuelan makeup artist deported to the same prison would seem to be a better hill for the libs to die on, but he's old news, while this POS is still getting headlines.

Good.

That's one less Dem vote since they can't vote by proxy anymore.

Makes it easier for Johnson to get things through the House.

Good point. More evidence he was involved with human trafficking/sex trade.

A point could be made this is why they want to protect him, as democrats don't want their gang and ngo partners to see them as bailing on them long term. A similar reason why pelosi/chris Wray etc would only describe the antifa criminals and terrorists as "an idea" (so as not to alienate them).

I don't think the American people are that stupid anymore, at least the swing voters. What moron will the Dems put before for us that We the people would vote for? Concerning, yes, but I think they are digging their grave twice as fast today.

I take the fact that Dems are jumping to the defense of these MS-13 guys because they, at this point anyway, have no choice in that they cannot find anyone more sympathetic being deported and they have to object somehow because their TDS demands it.

It doesn't have to do with this immigrant.

It is simply a way to drive up the negatives for Trump and his administration among white suburban women. They cringe at the headlines.

That's it. They do t pay attention to what is really going on but they hear enough from their liberal friends and from social media that they begin to hate Trump and his cabinet and there for all the conservatives running for reelection in 16!months.

I wonder if she had a tinge of conscientious as she went through customs entering another country legally with due process...doubtful.

Democrats rely on their illegal alien 'constituents' (violent or otherwise) for a sizable amount of their remaining power in DC. That's it.
