After making my cheeky comment about Walz being in the Epstein files on another thread, it occurs to me that there is potential Trumps change of heart on dropping all the files is that he wants to control the timing for max effect on the mid terms.

He knows the challenge that any POTUS with same party in both houses faces in the mid terms. And Trump Team 2.0 has shown they have studied the DNC handbook on leaks, controlling narratives, baiting your enemies into errors and unforced errors.

Is Trump sitting on the goods to draw this out and use it when he needs to? We know the libs have long done this and in fairness so have both sides, but the media is a near 100% tilt to Ds so the Rs gave up on the game.

Just a thought. And this isn't 47D chess. This is as simple as tic tac toe. Except instead of the only way to win is not to play (what Rs have done), the game results in the only way to LOSE is not to play, and the R result before Trump show that.
