The X poster didn't say they had that video, they said it appears they did, but we won't know until trial. It was a guess based on listening to the arguments from the prosecution. It appears he was wrong in that hunch.

The judge asked the prosecution yesterday specifically if the video surveillance shows the actual shot being taken and they said it does not so we will not being seeing that at the trial.

He apparently stopped at chic fi la in the videos on campus that morning to get a bite to eat. Are they not able to get the documents for that transaction? That would prove it's him in the security videos.

Not necessarily. With their ability to detect "touch DNA" today, all he had to do was pick it up and hand it to him to be detectable these days.

The crazy conspiracy crowd takes any and all released evidence like this stuff to solidify their conspiracy. "They're (the joos obvi) just releasing this sensational stuff to deflect from their involvement. At Erika Kirk's orders. Look at his face and mannerisms, he's clearly being paid to go along with it and spend the rest of his life in federal pound town".
