MAGA rallies aren't unconstitutional. MAGA rallies don't fall under the very narrow scope of law enforcement the federal government actually has.

It is the duty of the federal government to enforce immigration law PASSED BY CONGRESS, and no city, municipality or state can obstruct the federal government from enforcing those laws.

However as we learned under the traitorous Biden, if the federal government does abdicate those peers, states are well within their rights to move to enforce the federal immigration laws themselves.

But the FACT is, during the Obama "admin," the state of Arizona tried to do something the feds at the time wouldn't do -- enforce the border requirements -- and the feds SUED them. The USSC said, wrongly in my view, that this was EXCLUSIVELY Federal jurisdiction and the states couldn't do anything about it. The left cheered.

Now, when the Feds ARE doing something about -- and have the law on their side, even the one the left "signed off on," the left doesn't want them doing it.

The fact is, the lunatics and authoritarians, like you, are on the left. They don't want these laws enforced because that diminishes their power. That's NOT a constitutional reason.

What happens if a Republican gets elected and the Democrat that is IN office spies on them and then tries to completely tank his entire term in office? What happens if Democrats try to put large numbers of Republicans and conservatives in jail because they don't like them?

So, when students needed to be integrated into schools in the south during the 50s and 60s and the "city leadership, their local police, and state governors (WERE) repeatedly telling (the federal government) that they have things under control", then the national guard (and 101st) should not have been deployed to ensure that the schools were integrated?

Maybe...when the city leadership, their local police, and state governors are lying and full of ****, they should be overruled.
