Yes, that would be a logistics nightmare as this stuff settles in pipelines, tanks, well heads. Everywhere.

Some news bits floating around that internal coups are happening as well since Maduro said he was willing to sell out the cartels and pretty much everyone else to save his own ass. I wouldn't put it past the us military to have funded some private hits on military and anti-air sites. We have already bombed the airbase and lots on the anti-air

That was my initial thought. Why would be have Chinooks flying over a an initial wave. That would make no sense!
