Has anyone addressed this? I can't tell if these screenshots are from the same scrap that got the guy killed. Looking at the other footage, I don't see anyone putting the gun in the car like these screenshots show. Am I somehow missing that? Can someone timestamp it in a video?

Better video video of it with the agent running away with something he grabbed.

No, MN does not detain on ICE detainers and lets violent criminal illegal aliens go. This was going on BEFORE Nick.

You're so sure, aren't you? I can give you 100% benefit of the doubt and the 72 hour rule, and we'll see what this guy did to find himself surrounded by the LEO's.

If he was just standing there on the sidewalk and was acosted and manhandled for just saying words, you win.

If, however, we find that he actively physically engaged - while armed - and then pulled his weapon while engaged, I win.

I'd expect with all this Gestapo running around we'd have seen rioters in all 50 states and images of those rioters being knelt down and popped in the back of the head for protesting. But I haven't seen that.

Instead I've seen one American city with far left mayor and governor, both on the hot seat for fraud, fan the flames of hyperbolic rhetoric to the point where their citizens think they are fighting insensate evil such that they put themselves in between federal officers and illegal alien criminals. And only two rioters have been killed, one for using her car as a weapon, and the other for what appears to be having a gun on him without ID challenging and resisting federal officers.

Amazing I tell ya that we don't have more video of all the Gestapo killing indiscriminately across the country if that's truly what we're facing here.

100% agree with this. They believe that what they are doing is 'justified' then get upset when they face with consequences of their actions. They do not care about how unhinged their actions are, they just play the victim when the response is not to their liking.

It's very similar to someone who spits on another person in an altercation that then tries to play victim. Your action caused you to get your faced punched. When you continuously escalate engagements with others, there comes a point where you FAFO. You cannot them claim that the other person is at fault when you are the one who is responsible for the escalation.

Interesting version of YOUR story. Just because you have a permit to do something doesn't mean you get special treatment, nor does that excuse you from bad behavior or in this case maybe drawing it.

I'll be curious if/waiting for when they release the body cam footage to see the situation as a whole.

From the newest video he was sprayed quite a bit with pepper spray. Then jumped by 6 dudes. Not sure he was doing anything beside trying to not die. Executed anyways.

Do you know if he reached for the gun he had? You know he was armed and if he made any movement toward it he should have gotten shot.

If he didn't and it's a bad shoot then arrest the shooter I will say I am wrong. Bet the love on here won't do the same if it comes out he made a ready for his firearm.

Okay so the guy in jeans sees the gun, pulls his and makes the first shot, he runs away and several agents unload on him.

Is that what you guys got?

Watched again and it was a different agent who pulled. All happened fast and a lot going on.
