Wasting your time. They continue to ignore the other thread that has been covering these points for months and are derailing this one to rehash prior falsities. Best let them pursue their noble quest on their own and not engage. You will just be met with a wall of Reddit that is based on the fictional MSM (un)reality they live in.

Dude, I see and appreciate your protecting the masses by playing forum police, but your posts are doing more to derail the thread than any post you're complaining about. Staff has already been here to take "f***" out of the OP title and remove irrelevant replies. If they think the conversation has gone too far off topic, I promise they'll handle it. Rest easy.

I've also offered multiple times for you to point out which "falsities" I've posted in either this thread or the other, and you've ignored me each time. Still waiting if you're up for it.

EDIT: Checked out the thread you've continuously linked and the first thing I see is you arguing why the sex trafficking of minors isn't "blatant pedophilia." Apologies if people aren't eager to dive into that thread.

Trump couldn't "fire" him; he was never a government employee, just served on an evangelical advisory board in 2016. Morris resigned from his church in June 2024 when the abuse allegations became public.

Also, the six-month sentence is inexcusable but it's *highly* unlikely Trump had any part in that. This was a state court case in Oklahoma, prosecuted by the state AG and sentenced by a state judge. Trump doesn't have any authority over state prosecutions. It's a sad fact that cases like this often result in shockingly light sentences due to plea deals and failures in the justice system.

He fired him as his spiritual advisor.

Some things are not hard to understand.

Fair enough, I was splitting hairs with the personal spiritual advisor stuff and whether Trump fired him from some close personal role (the tweet calls him Trump's "spiritual leader"). Yes, Trump's campaign did cut ties with Morris when the allegations became public in 2024.
