Pam is focusing on animal welfare the past few days. No words if this is related to Haitians eating cats or radicalized jihadist who hate dogs.

Could be aliens. But one thing for sure is that congress critters have been marked safe from Bondi for a bit over a week.

I don't think any member of Congress sweats Pam Bondi in the least.

Ohh that's not what I hear. I have been told repeatedly the Trump has ordered Bondi to pursue all his enemies via the legal system. She is his wingwoman, just like Eric Holder. Only does Trump's bidding. Dem congress critters and ANYONE who challenges Trump must be scared!!!

Why would anyone be scared ? They either lose or get every case tossed out. Because they're baseless. Maybe thats why her brother has so much success and her just being flat out corrupt.

Probably. But that's how the system works now. Hopefully we can continue to replace judges and career bureaucrats so we can make the agencies and judiciary in the image of Trump to undue the Obama damage.

Have faith. We are restoring things to their rightful order.

Oh, and do NOT follow financial advice from the guys above. They seem to jot understand broader factors and just chase headlines.

yeah but have you seen the DOW?

You guys wouldn't keep mocking this if you actually had money to invest in the markets.

Why would anybody hate on their 401ks going up? She was right to point it out, particularly to the stock traders asking her questions.

2025 was a historically average return for the stock market. And the US stock market significantly underperformed global markets. Just making sure that for all our high fiving we ask the question "what does good look like"?

I know my 401K took a good hit on 'Liberation Day'. I guess you could say that I was "liberated" from some of my retirement funds.

If you are down since liberation day you are doing it wrong.

Inflation under Biden destroyed a ton of wealth. Many times more than impact of any temporary Trump tariffs (used to negotiate trade deals and as a tool in geopolitical negotiations.

This is true...

When the Dems talk about "affordability," the GOP needs to just put up inflation charts from the Biden admin.

Things are more expensive because inflation makes everything cost more.

And it doesn't just go down because Trump (or anyone) slows the rate of inflation...

Talking about the stock market on her part wasn't a deflection or a mistake, it was a warning.

As in, "y'all better stop pushing this or all of this fake money you see on the screen will all disappear pretty quickly. "

Ok

So when we ran on draining the swamp it was falsely interpreted.
What was meant was we will preserve the swamp if it means prosecuting super wealthy elite pedos - if it might affect the markets.

Or if the swamp is intertwined with intelligence especially connected to a foreign government.

Amazing at how things change when supporters are told you have to move on. ……

P/e for the S&P 500 right now is close to 30. That's pretty high, but AI is a hue opportunity for earnings growth. Im not a bull at these prices, but 30x isn't completely irrational.

Evidently some of the economic geniuses here think Bidenomics of double digit inflation, job creation via gov jobs and NGOs, then welcoming in millions of people to crush already tight supplies post pandemic are the recipe for Americas economic success.

And that one poorly understood concept… tariffs… is the root of all evil and will destroy the United States.

My advice continues to be to not follow their screaming hot takes.

I don't think this thread bumping is the own you think it is. DJIA off less than 10% with a MAJOR conflict ongoing in the dead center of the Middle East.

DJIA was roughly 36k four years ago today, and 42.5 when he left office.

Let's see how long the thread bump continues when Iran is settled and OBBBA continues to show its fruits.

It's all about owning the libs and keeping the Dow above 50k. Oh wait.

Either way, we've moved on from Epstein and inflation. There are hot Iranian women dancing on the other thread, so that's a plus. We also brought democracy to another Islamic region. Kind of like the commies say "it's gonna work THIS time!

Market corrections are a reality. Doesn't matter the reason. We aren't in a correction just yet. Hope we get one because I've got some cash to deploy. Corrections happen about once every 15 months. We had one last Spring. A bear market in 22 and 20. Another healthy correction in the fall of 18. The list goes on. Also, we're in a midterm year. The average correction in a midterm year is around 15% going back 100 years.

I think almost everyone would rather talk stocks than diddling kids.

Bondi and the Trump admin continue to work on human trafficking, sex trafficking, modern slaves, sex slaves, internet CSAM purveyors and the like at a diligence and pace never seen before.

The obsession with Epstein at this point is simply becoming bizarre.

Trying to tie Epstein, the markets and Iran war is going to need some analysis by Robert Langdon.

In the interim, bump weekly and let's see how this goes.

I'm just curious why this problem wasn't an issue for Dems when the Dems had all the information. in fact, there were calls to release everything THEN that was ignored by the Dems. You even admit that it was brought to light WHEN THE DEMOCRATS HAD ALL THE INFORMATION AND COULD RELEASE IT...but didn't.

But, NOW...suddenly you folks think it's important...

Spare me the political hypocrisy.

Of course, I've never understood how it rose to this much importance for EITHER party. Espstein was a slime. Who did bad things with young girls. He's dead.
