DOJ says Bondi was subpoenaed in her capacity as attorney general and, since she's no longer AG, she will not appear.
Democrats wanted Bondi to testify regardless of her status as AG.

I mean, that's not how it works though. She still has to show up if subpoenaed and if not, they can charge her for contempt. I have no doubt trump will try and write some meaningless EO though to try and stop it.

It's Blanche that is making that call at the moment. DOJ's position is that since the subpoena was for her in her official capacity as AG, it's now moot. I don't know if that is the correct interpretation or not, but that's the position they are taking.
The house can still subpoena her in her personal capacity if they want to.

If they were serious they would subpoena Blanche and he could explain a few things including why GM was transferred. The details of how her "meeting" was conducted and why.

I don't recall either saying epstein acted alone. I could have very well missed it. we know for a fact he acted with Maxwell and prince andrew. we also know for a fact there are unindicted co-conspirators.
