Unless you are talking about hospitals or elementary schools, infrastructure is not "civilian". Power distribution aids in a war effort. Transportation hubs aid in war efforts. So the statement about destroying "civilian" infrastructure as a clear war crime is factually and historically false and a canard.

Trump ranting about destroying an entire civilization is stupid crazy bluster. But since unlike liberals I don't believe words are violence, I would hold off on the 25th amendment talk until there is some action along those lines like giving orders for nuking Teheran.

Toilet time truth social posts are stupid and counterproductive to the war effort, but don't constitute war crimes or 25th amendment territory.
