I grew up in Shreveport, and my neighborhood was across a major street from Cedar Grove. That area has ALWAYS been a problem.

There was a riot in the 90's that made national news, caused by 2 addicts shooting their dealer, and the whole area erupted for several days. Buildings burned down, objects hurled at passing cars - it was crazy. We used to drive 15 minutes out of the way to get to school to avoid even going near there.

The neighborhood and family dynamics of that area are exactly as you would think, and to this day, I will not drive near there at night while visiting my parents, and if I had to, would definitely not stop at any stoplights while driving alongside that area.

As usual, Gavin Newsome and the Democrats call for more gun control laws after mass shootings, but criminals will always find ways to obtain weapons illegally. Restricting gun ownership for law-abiding citizens won't reduce gun violence. The death of the gunman after a police pursuit saved millions of taxpayer dollars.

I was disavowed of that notion in short time and spent 35 years observing the worst humans have to offer. It ain't pretty. We're a broken lot us humans. Beyond repair. The only thing we can do is repent and turn to Jesus.

FTR, Gavin came out and said a few weeks his IQ was equal to the culture he's referring to here and less than Biden. He flat out told them to their face, live, that he was as stupid as they were.

I think if you shoot 8-14 people, it's a mass shooting. I think you are playing with the numbers to oppose gun control if you didn't categorize it as such, which is what you are accusing the other side of doing.
