Except the Book of Enoch is not canon to the Bible, and even most Jews don't accept it.

Jews don't accept Jesus as the Savior he claimed to be. Why listen to them?

The Book of Enoch is a historic text just like any other book of the bible. I can see why they don't include it in canon but that doesn't negate the fact that it confirms the whole fallen angel storyline in genesis.

Quote:

Fragments of the Book of Enoch (1 Enoch) were discovered among the Dead Sea Scrolls (DSS) in Qumran Cave 4, providing 11 Aramaic manuscripts that confirm the ancient origin of its Enochic tradition. These fragments cover roughly one-fifth of the complete Ethiopic text, revealing the work was authoritative to the Qumran community but notably missing the "Book of Parables" (1 Enoch 3771)

How do you define angels? Just some made up side characters in the Bible?

To me they are extra dimensional beings, just like God. i.e - alien to this physical world.

"Angels" just means "messengers". That is the translation...often times in the bible it isn't talking about supernatural "angels"...but sometimes it is. Have to judge the context. Just an FYI for those who were taught that "angel" always translates to "supernatural beings with wings who do miraculous things".

Ha it was the best...In college I would often fall asleep to it. I miss the music...if there is a way to pull up archives of that show from it's heyday, please advise. Nothing beat actually driving through the Arizona desert late at night with my college roomate listening to it on our way to California.

The Bible story is the same story as the aliens and the ancient pantheons. Same group reinventing a deception. For the modern age. Don't be fooled. Know the old tale

"Star" shape and the trail are visual artifacts on the camera due to the brightness of the object. The movement is entirely due to the camera/filming location (likely aircraft) due to the brief but completely consistent glimpses of other background visuals.

With so little context it's impossible to know what we're looking at but it's clearly not zigzagging around the sky. It could literally be a light pole or something

I am certainly no expert and do not hold any position on this, but here is one "analysis"...

Nothing that hasn't already been talked about (Roswell). Though it would be kind of fascinating that craft with those capabilities would be disabled (at least impacted) by our 1950's radar tech.

2nd or 3rd hand information relayed through the "sex" squad. An unnamed investigator and informant , how convenient.

Sorry not very convincing.

I remember listening to Art coming back from football games with my dad in the 90s and being spooked. Dark West Texas roads with Art on the radio just does something to you.

This is one I distinctly remembered.

Also, just two months after Roswell the Air Force became its own military branch... might have been one of the reasons the military starting focusing more attention on the skies.

The us gov also was "testing" nukes up there in the skies during that time. Started a couple of years before roswell. All in that area. Nevada too. Hard to know if we accidentally got involved with them this way or if we were actively hunting them. Just thinking

That is dated three years after Roswell. So this is a second one?

Also interesting that it's from a guy who was listed as a special investigator, sex squad, Metropolitan police department.

If by "in the sky" you mean atmospheric nuclear testing, we did exactly 1 in New Mexico; the Trinity Test on July 16, 1945. We did 2 others much later, both underground.

We did not do another atmospheric nuclear test in the United States until Ranger-Able at the Nevada test site on January 27, 1951. All 5 tests conducted between 1946-1950 were either at Bikini or Enewetak in the Pacific.

Now, if you mean "in the sky" as in high altitude tests, those were done 1958-1962 and, other than Plumbbob-John, launched from Johnston Island in the Pacific. John was detonated at the Nevada Test Site in 1957, at roughly 18,000ft. There is a famous video of some guys standing directly beneath the detonation. Yes, they all survived.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but we have a much better radar tech than we did in the 1950s, and have had for decades, yet we haven't detected any more "flying saucers" since then??

Even though the guy who wrote this report expressly states that the only reason they were able to see them and disable their flight mechanics in New Mexico at that time was because of the advanced radar in the 1950s that was set up there???

Man, these crazy aliens always seem to avoid any population centers. It's amazing.

Oh yeah, I'm sure that's it.

They got together with Bigfoot and the loch Ness monster and figured out how to avoid population centers all together.

"Whatever you do, only reveal yourself to people with bad photo skills late at night. And yes, they have satellites than can take pictures of the dimples on a golf ball clearly from space, and ground penetrating radar, but trust me bro, you can avoid detection as long as you stay in the airspace surrounding top secret military installations and testing grounds. They never think to look there! Whatever you do, don't show up in Nashville around lunchtime on a Tuesday"

Way back before the internet, I used to leave my office during tax season around 6pm and go home, eat, visit a bit with my wife and kids, then go back to the office and work until midnight or 1am or so. Different years, I had different themes. One year it might be listening to radio stations in the UK, another year listening to old time radio broadcasts from the 40s or 50s, and a couple of years I listened to Art Bell. What a hoot and a bunch of dufuses would call in about space stuff, or shadow people. Hard to believe there were that many people that ate up that stuff.
