The "just get AC" solution doesn't really work for all those global south countries who are experiencing crop failure and famine because of the rise in global temperature, does it?

Actually, no. My Dad was in Europe for work for two months and then in the Middle East for two months. Other than flight attendants coming through the cabin spraying air freshener every few minutes on his ME flights, he discovered the smell was the same. He did like Switzerland, though. Thought Italy was okay. The French were typically PITAs. Saudis and Egyptians were professional but when he met Qaddafi face to face, he was scared s***less. Of course, Qaddafi had kidnapped him from Cairo, so he had reason to be.

I will be in Greece in a couple of weeks. The last time i was there about 12 years ago the hotels had AC but they would turn off when you left the room.

Laugh at them if you want, but this fight will come to America next time the democrats take over. The nazis on the left would love nothing more than to shut off air conditioning in the entire southern United States and let the heat waves kill as many people down here as possible.

It won't happen overnight, but the next dem administration will continue to pile on the regulations like those implemented under Obama and Biden.

They can try and take my AC from my cold, comfortable hands.

When I was in Ireland last summer I packed a ton of warm clothes, but it was 85+ all week and none of the places we stayed had ac.
