His pressure rate of 56% is the second-highest in an NFL playoff game since ESPN began tracking pressure in 2009 trailing only QB Tim Tebow (63%) in 2011.
Yall are too critical on stroud. Does he need to react to the blitz faster? Yes. Does he have anybody to throw it to? No chance with Nico triple covered every play because he's the only nfl caliber receiver on the field. I have complete confidence he can win this team a Super Bowl. I've never said that about any other QB.
Need to replace at least four of the five OL through fee agency. Terrible unit. Need better linebackers and need to add WR as well. Need to keep the D Line talent. This team has a good core bit that OL is killing them and Stroud.
I am a 49ers fan, and I was rooting for the Texans to win. But I knew it would be very tough to win a road game there. I am rooting for the winner of the Ravens vs Bills' game to beat the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.

Maybe so but how often do you see a QB get sacked that much and then go on to be a great QB?
You don't have anyone open you get rid of the ball. You don't take sack and hurt your team further.

Probably needed to win special teams and probably get a turnover or 2 to win. Instead, special team were an abject disaster and couldn't create any turnovers.

Look Stroud has incredible arm talent and that ability did some good today, extended drives, etc.
However, we've all witnessed him this year run out of bounds for a 4+ yard loss when throwing the ball away was well within the rules and available to him.
That's Steve Francis basketball IQ level stupidity and what people are referring to.
If you ask me what I'm building this team around it's stout defense and a run game.

Not that I'm simping for CJ..but Peyton got pretty beaten-up his 2nd season, if I recall.

I'm one of the few Cowboys fans who also like the Texans (one of my best friends that I grew up with is their head trainer). Stroud beat the Bills this year. I'm not sure who you root for, but if you're a Cowboys fan, you should really consider refraining from posting.

I'm one of the few Cowboys fans who also like the Texans (one of my best friends that I grew up with is their head trainer). Stroud beat the Bills this year. I'm not sure who you root for, but if you're a Cowboys fan, you should really consider refraining from posting.
His vision and patience are why he's good so I suspect he will be fine for this contract. But I do think we need to draft a mid round RB this year or next.

Fairbairn is fine indoors and in good conditions. If we are gonna keep getting the 4 seed, then it may continue to be a problem. Crazy thing is I don't see the 4 AFC division winners changing for years. Its gonna be a lot of going to KC, BAL, and BUF unless we can start getting a top 2 seed.
We can get there. We just have to win the draft: what do they have that we don't? We have a younger version of patty and Lamar imo. Have to give him weapons
