We play most of the teams in front of us. Crazy to think it still possible to make the playoffs

Titans are a bad matchup for us. Their strength is on the interior DL and our weakness is our interior OL.

Hopefully CJ can have a good week and get back…. Going to need more offense in the next one.

Let's hope the Josh Allen from 2 weeks ago shows up on Thursday and not the one from today

Unfortunately there's a good chance CJ is probably going to miss another game as we're on a short week playing the Bills Thursday.

for the last 5 or 6 years the AFC playoffs have been defined by

Chiefs vs. Bills

Chiefs vs. Ravens

Bills vs. Ravens

could be a lot of new faces in 2025

How the hell does a concussion keep CJ out for 3 weeks?

Isn't that usually a 1 to maybe 2 week injury?

Different concussion types probably. I also think there are prep time rules or something like that. From the article I read he might not be cleared soon enough to play Thursday compared to if we were playing Sunday

We had four Bingo Squares activate last night.

  • Achane blew past 850 yarrs rushing for the season and is up to 900.
  • Von got his 5th sack of the year.
  • Myles Garrett continued his unholy assault on the record books by sacking Lamar Jackson 4 times. Myles has 15 sacks now. His square was 14. The NFL record is 22.5 and he's on pace for 26.
  • And most exciting of all, Shedeur Sanders got in the game when whatever the other guy's name is, Dillion somebody got a concussion. And Shedeur lived up to the 5th-round hype by going 4 of 16 for 47 yards and an interception.

Nico is just ahead of his 1,100 yard-square on pace for 1,108

Schultz will shatter both of his squares if he stays healthy. He's currently on pace for 87 catches and 814 yards. He's at 51 and 479 and his squares are 56 and 575. The franchise records for catches by a tight end is 70 and the yardage is 48 by Owen Daniels in 2008.

The team INTs and fumble recoveries are both lagging their squares.

Goff has a comfortable lead in passing yards (2,663) and TDs (21)
Derrick Henry leads Bijan by 24 rushing yards.
Gibbs is ahead of Henry and Cook by one rushing TD
Jefferson and Chase both sucked yesterday, but Chase still leads by 124 receiving yards.

It is so weird how good AFC south is this year. And KC sucks. Wild year haha.

KC looks down, but I can also see KC hanging 40 on the Colts' suspect defense come Sunday. I still think the Colts could go on a massive tumble to end the year: @ KC, HOU, @ JAX, @ SEA, SF,Jax, @ HOU.

Yesterday went amazingly well for the Texans considering how terrible their offense looked. The Jags beating the Chargers puts the Texans one loss behind the Jags and the Chargers for 6th/7th with the Chargers coming to Houston in late December.

You know, I was looking at the power rankings for the NFL and the Colts are sitting there at number 4. So I went to dig into what they've done this year and was surprised to see that they're 2-2 versus the 4 teams they've played that have a winning record this year (Broncos, Rams, Chargers, and Steelers). The rest of their games have been against the worst teams in the NFL this year (Dolphins at the beginning of the season, Titans twice, Raiders, Cardinals, and the Falcons).

I'll be very interested to see how they finish the season with the @Chiefs, us twice, Jags twice, @seahawks, and the 49ers.

I wonder if we would be 8-2 right now with the same schedule?

Texans just beat the Titans by 3 points. They have scored 20 points or more in only 4 out of 10 games (1 against a decimated Baltimore team, 1 against a decimated 49ers team and 1 against the Titans). The Colts have done so in every game.

So id guess 6-4. Losses to the Rams and Broncos (they did this). Likely loss to a healthy chargers. Then probably lose to either Falcons or the Steelers.

The Colts might be a red herring for the division. Jags are sitting at 6-3 with this remaining schedule:

@ Cardinals
@ Titans
vs Colts
vs Jets
@ Broncos
@ Colts
vs Titans

That's easily 4 wins, and I'd bet they can win 1-2 against Den/Indy. Could be looking at 11-3/12-4.

We just need to hope for the annual TLaw implosion/meltdown...

there are no easy wins when you're the Jaguars.

But I'm looking at their schedule, not just the teams in a vacuum. Colts got the same beaten up Chargers that are limping along right now. The Steelers are pretty banged up and the Falcons have completely folded on the season. Why the automatic loss to the Bronocs? We almost beat them last week with Mills coming in midway and half the offensive line going out mid game. Also, we were in every game we lost down to the final minute outside of Seattle. That's kind of crazy for how down we are on this team

Not saying we would be 8-2, but if you really look at that schedule, it's not that crazy to say it was a possibility.

Now, it doesn't change how freaking nuts this team drives me, but perspective of an easy schedule vs a division champ schedule does make me wonder. And where my mind was with all of this, would I be so pissed off with the GM, the OC, and DeMeco if we were 8-2 right now, or would I be good with everything? I really don't know

I thought we were comparing the team as they were when played not healthy now.

The chargers suffered a couple more offensive line injuries after the Colts game I thought. So that team is now not nearly as good.

Broncos are a loss because it was a loss. So it is an odd hypothetical to assume it might be a W when the Texans already lost that game. Thay seems kind of straight forward.

Texans might be 8-2. I think the most likely outcome is 6-4. A team that cant score and at the least move the ball well is just not able to win games at a high clip.

Early O/U on Chiefs-Colts is 50. Chiefs are still a 3.5 favorite, albeit at home.

Technically, I guess Texans should root for the Colts because it would drop the Chiefs to 5-6?

I don't want to either, but with Stroud out, it seems a lot more likely the Texans sneak into the 7th playoff spot than the division title, and the Chiefs going under .500 would help that a lot.

It should be a really interesting end to November regardless.

Indy 8-2 is @ KC, then home for Houston

Jax is 6-4 and @ Arizona, then @ Tenn

Houston is 5-5 and home for Buffalo, then at the Colts

If the Texans luck out against Buffalo, there's half a chance on December 1 you could have

Indy 8-4
Jax 8-4
Hou 7-5
