My aim goes from pin point accuracy in regular mode to crap in BR. It's like a different game.

That's why you use credit cards! Call your CC company, challenge the charge, and have them fight EA. EA will give in.

Finally made it to the final circle in quads with my 3 other randos. 3 of us were alive...then we all eventually died as the fire closed in around us. We finished 2nd to nobody apparently.

I did use a CC, but if you reverse the charge EA will permaban you.

How many console players have turned off cross play? And was it ever published that it was console and PC as categories or if you are on PS5 and turn cross play off...is it just only PS5 players or Xbox and PS5?

Well, I'm stubborn. I wouldn't care. If getting banned for a bit is what I have to deal with to not get pushed around by EA, I'd say, "**** 'em."

I see. Whelp, that would mean no more BF6 for me, then. I refuse to put up with that kind of ***** But, it's a very rare occasion when my level of "squeaky wheel" is one these companies want to deal with. I tell them every time I will call multiple times a day and waste thousands of dollars of their time, or they can just give me the refund that they owe.

You need crossplay enabled if you want to play PS5 with Xbox. They have not yet launched a console only cross play mode.

then I need a "I have about 1 hour a day to play, no sweats" lobby! For old people!

So I've narrowed down my performance issues to it only happens when I am in a buildings. I can fly a jet, heli, tanks, etc. just fine. I can even run around near a building and be fine but as soon as I get into a taller building, my frames just TANK.

This HAS to be on Dice's end because it doesn't make sense to me that my 4080 would struggle with rendering buildings.

4080 super here and no issues rendering that I've seen.

Sorry I shouldnt say rendering, they render fine but my frame rate and performance take a huge hit. Maybe its my CPU (3950x) that sits around 60%-70% while I play

I'm PS5 and I turned off crossplay. Too many snipers getting me from a mile away on pc. It's been a lot easier and more fun since I did that.

I would really like to see REDSEC get a BR casual mode like Warzone.

It's the lighting I can't stand. You can't see anything looking into the sun. I want to be able to play the game. Not stand there like an idiot not being able to see anything.

I haven't had an issue. It's a feature of the map that you have to use as an advantage when you can.

This made me laugh so hard. Blue star to you.

I dont know why DICE thought it was a good idea to hide scopes greater than 6x magnification behind like 25 levels of useless 1x - 2x scopes. Grinding sniper rifle attachments up to get an 8x or 10x to make long distance headshots is such a *****. Unfortunately its nearly mandatory because at 150m or further your targetting reticle is larger than anything you are shooting at with the 6x.

Finally got the 8x which is much nicer. Looking forward to the 10x, although the 6x IR optics might be really nice too. Found out that your zoom when ADS is magnified by your FOV options which is effing ******ed. I dont know why ADS FOV isnt separate.

Does anyone know if dropped engineer mines stay after death (e.g. I drop three and get killed soon after... do they remain or self-delete with my death).

They do stay. I've collected many a metal tin can's headstones because of it

I always drop mine right when I spawn. It seems to work best when you randomly place them, not just on the main roads where they will be expecting them.

It's 6 mines according to a random AI search engine assistant. Also unlimited claymores according to it as well.

6 mines at the point closest to the enemy spawn pretty much guarantees a tank and/or jeep kill every couple of minutes.

last 2 posts great intel (plus the random spot vs main road possibly). Dumb questions, So by enemy spawn point does that mean the enemy HC?

Either there or the spawn points for vehicles that spawn when a team takes a flag.
