White fish report

First ski day was Friday, they hadn't seen measurable
Snow since Xmas. Pretty empty on the mountain. Started snowing Friday afternoon and dumped 6ish inches over night.

Lots of powder and people on Sat morning. Snowed off and on throughout the day.

Sunday was much emptier. Not sure how many inches recorded, but I bet another 1-2" inches fell yesterday afternoon/ night.

Overall, lots of "you're here to ski it, not see it". All runs lifts were open, coverage seemed alright. Standard misc lift issues throughout the day that were resolved in 10-15 min.

I listed some free-to-a-good-Ag youth items over on the classifieds board. Also have a set of Dakine youth gloves. I'd have to check size. All of this stuff is in great condition.

Very sorry to hear that. Prayers to you and your family.

As others have mentioned, you're not many here share this pain. My wife and I went through one too. Focus your attention on mom. Care for each other and try to stay positive. It's in God's hands.

Park City bound the next few days with my son. Weather and snow looks to be good. More importantly the time being spent together is what I am looking forward to the most.

What's the best route for lift tickets in Angel Fire? Realize I am a bit late to expect a discount during spring break...

Great mom and dad trip to Beaver Creek these past few days. No lines. Hardly anyone on the mountain. Skid 20k' feet each day with lunches etc. hard to do with kiddos. Only downside was 50* and no new snow. Lots of ice in the early mornings.

I wish! I got electricians today trying to find a burned out line to a motor today. Fun, fun.

Enjoy your day!

Ski'd Breckenridge on Tuesday and Wednesday. Pretty good. Weather showed it would be warm (40's) but especially Wednesday was a lot cooler and downright cold towards the top. Windy as hell in the afternoon. Snow was variable but all open. Crunchy in the AM but aimed for snow under the sun and it was softer till shadows took over late afternoon. They need snow. Been 10 days or more since anything significant. 46" base will hold a few days more before some brown spots start showing. Supposed to cool off to normal temps this weekend. Crowds were near absent. Mid-week and warmer temps probably kept a lot of Denver away. Rarely any lift lines.

Looks like we might get some snow along the I-70 corridor next week. I'm headed up next Friday so hoping it materializes.

We got hammered in Bozeman Wednesday. About 12" in 6-7 hours. Temp never got above 0. Had to change flights and got back to TX yesterday to 80 degrees and using AC. My wife said its really bad today as well with winds. Lots of accidents. Be careful.

Avalanche at Big Sky buried in a lift and lift attendants.

Anyone interested in a pair of unisex size 8 Hestra Fall Line gloves? They are unworn, without wrist leashes.

I have them listed for $130 elsewhere, will do better than that for anyone on here.

I'd like to report that It was a successful day out at Pajarito even with just a 12in base. Yes, It was icy. Yes, we skied over a lot of rocks. But, in the end, C Megafauna and I had a great time skiing.

That lift line is why I refuse to go up on the weekends anymore.

It moves fast but agreed. We ski spring break with a drive up on Saturday. Ski Sunday-Thursday. Drive home Friday.
Usually pretty empty during the week.

To be fair in the 4 years I've had an epic pass and almost exclusively skied on weekends at the I-70 resorts I don't think I've ever waited in a line that long, so it's at least somewhat avoidable.

That does look awful.

Wrapped up with a good day at Park City. 3-4 inches of fresh snow that started to become ice towards the end of the day.
