Thanks, So roughly across the street from Christ Church and then it will stretch all the way between MIdtown and Rock Prairie I assume.

Neat.

A lot of people don't even know where Midtown College Station is. That's a testament to the failure of everyone involved really.

It's on the Rock Prairie side, so north of the creek, no access from the HWY 6 side to the south. The Lick Creek trail runs between that and the "soon to be developed property"

Stylecraft are building the townhomes they are just 1000 sq ft and they are asking 230K

I ran a few numbers
if you put 30K down and at current 30 year mortgage rates Including all taxes plus the additional midtown tax and insurance and the 225 mo HOA fee a person would pay 2100 a month for 30 years

I wish them luck but can't figure out who would buy one

Can they be leased? If so, investors will snap them up.

With the map usage in this post, I'd say the username checks out.

They can, but I haven't been able to make the case to buy one as a rental when houses can be had in the 270Ks in Midtown (or new for 280s with 25K of incentives)

Yep, not sure what the developer is thinking. No back yard or covered parking.
