i missed Greggo when he was first gone, and while i still do, the show can succeed without him. he really blew the best thing that probably will ever happen to him. i feel sorry for him.

No, you are right about that. I was looking back through old pictures on the website yesterday and he looks sooo unhappy in all of them too! The only one he was genuinely smiling in was the one with Mike's daughter.

It's not the same without Greggo (I hardly listen because I am out of state). That being said, the new stuff works, too.

To keep it fair, Rhyner (who is dead) did start by saying "no, he's not here today" before he said the stuff about Corby, and he qualified (I think) the Corby statement with "today."

That said, I think that the Hammer is out. He had chances, sounds like he blew it. I do hope he gets his personal stuff taken care of.

How much $$ do you think Corby makes? Any others? Where is Grubes in school? Jesuit grad? Very interesting that Corby graduated from UNT. No way he'd root for TCU over OU. Why didn't he go to OU if he liked it so much? It's easier to get into OU than TCU. At least it's lower rated in US News.

It's not difficult to GET IN to either school.

TCU is expensive as hell though.

I think he flunked out of OU first semester. Curious myself of what those guys make. Grubes is/was going to SMU.

Gribble just announced that his divorce is final

Gordon lives about 6 blocks down from me. I just about ran him down one night rolling the squid around. His yard is cluttered in crap from his two kids and the landscaping is something out of an mc escher drawing.

I feel so weird walking by his house now. He's always at his computer it seems.

Junior and Corby used to live over there too, but moved on about the time they probably got the big cumulus check.

I think the average fan has no interest in harassing these guys outside of the radio world. I mean the compound is one thing. Their families is another.

I have noticed that Ryner is referring to his wife all the time now. I wonder if they are getting back together?

I've run into Gordo a couple times in passing. I just say "Hey Gordon" and he looks at me, wondering if he should know me, then just rolls his eyes and goes back to whatever girl he is disemboweling at the moment.

They've all considered it. Most of them don't list their houses under their full names. That said, I agree that they've reached an unspoken level of faith in the listener not trying to cross worlds.

So Gordon has kids? He never speaks of them. I assumed he didn't have any.

I wouldn't speak of them either if I was him.

Corby went to Arlington Lamar and has said he went to TCU because he received a scholarship. He says that's why he didnt go to OU. Not saying its true, just have heard him mention it on air several times.
