That video is in Europe/Norway. It's just a representation of the rapid adaptability of the system to various locations. Most autonomous systems require high definition maps to operate in an area, Tesla basically can pick up their model and drop it anywhere and have it work. There are hackers in Russia that have gotten FSD to work there.bam02 said:

Early Access? When Tesla develops a new version they will typically release the software to a narrower set of participants, refine the model to mitigate errors and then expand the offering on a new point release to the entire fleet. The people doing YouTube videos on FSD (AI DRIVR, WholeMarsCatalog, Dirty Tesla, Chuck Cook) have historically gotten new versions, like V13, about a month before the rest of the fleet.
