Started this morning. Following a couch to 5k program. Very similar to Hal Higdon's program. This will get me started. Plan after that is to cycle Hal's half marathon preps.

I love couch to 5k. Been through it many times (maybe I should stop going back to the couch) and I've found I always want to skip days and advance faster. But don't! It's a trap.

I think i've stated this before, but I haven't been a big fan of your "diet". I don't feel its sustainable. I think you should be eating more lean proteins and volume. Eating the same stuff but just less probably isn't going to work long term. Change what you eat, not just how much.
