I bought Glow blend from Prime -- good stuff.

I just finished a cycle of Klow from Prime peptides and I can tell the difference. I had nagging shoulder pain in both shoulders along with a little bit of knee pain in my right knee and it's all gone.

What dosage did you use?

Reconstituted with 3ml of BAC. Then did 12 units Monday through Friday. Also to make it easy I use the 0.3ml syringes with a small 33ga needle. Since the peptides are reconstituted with water they draw much easier than anything that is oil based like trt.

Considering peptides to help with recovery from Achilles surgery scheduled for next Friday. My surgeon had no opinion on peptides use as he was only willing to discuss proven methodology.

Looks like the BPC-157 and TB-500 stack has the most potential to help with recovery and I would plan to start after the initial 2 week heal period that will likely involve narcotics.

I am still uneasy with injectables as a whole and specifically ordering from these websites with the research disclaimers posted ubiquitously. I understand the need for them but I am considering a Ways2Well consult and going that route. Any reason not to other than the added expense?

Using W2W….bc a nurse practitioner is going to be a wealth of knowledge on this and that makes you feel better?

The big processing lab that several of the reputable research chemical companies mentioned in this thread get their peptides from is the same one that supplies 80% of the compound pharmacies nationwide.

There are some sketchy RC companies out there for sure, but several of the recommendations in this thread charge way less than the compounders and it's the exact same product.

I used W2W when I started TRT and would have kept with it if I hadnt had to get a local PCP who was on board with TRT and Peptides. I learned a lot from my consultations.

That being said, if you are just looking for peptides it is a waste of money, you can do the research yourself amd read the same studies they are.

Thanks for the input. It sounds like I should do some more focused research to see if this is something I am comfortable handling myself without input from a medical professional.

Spent a decent amount of time this weekend reading and talking to a few friends in the medical profession. This study from NIH was a good read that I didn't see posted on BP-157 for anyone interested. TLDR is that it shows promise but lacks empirical evidence and long term effect in humans is TBD.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12313605/

Looking at some of the various vendors, and specifically those recommended in this thread, why is Prime Peptides so much less expensive than Bio Longevity and Peptide Sciences? I'm interested in their Glow stack to help with the surgery recovery, but the fact that they are selling essentially twice as much BPC-157 and TB-500 (at 10 mg each) compared to Peptide Sciences (at 5 mg each) for the same price has me doubting their product.

I've also read about the dosage recommendations for BPC and TB being different. Why are they combined at the same ratio with the stack products? Is it best to buy them separate and inject separate?

Seems like I've locked myself into some analysis paralysis and have gone down the wormhole with testing of sources and COA's. There are anecdotal accounts of poor product, adverse side effects, or non-delivered product for almost every apparently legitimate source of peptides on the market, which makes it hard to decide on any one vendor. I was almost set on BioLongevity Labs, but after not having time to complete an order and subsequently getting bombarded with marketing e-mails, texts, phone calls, and a sudden uptick in spam calls, I decided not to pursue them either.

Most of the above is why I thought I would be more at ease with working through one of the wellness centers. Even if they buy their product from the same overseas sources, there is some air of legitimacy.

I mean I wouldn't trust a wellness center over anywhere else unless they state their source, when it was reconstituted, have coa's on their own supply etc. You're just paying an arm and a leg more for somebody who might be a nurse to inject you so you can think out of sight out of mind.

There has been a coordinated effort by the wellness folks and the compounders to try and scare people away from buying from the research companies and administering themselves.

Pharma did the same thing trying to scare people away from getting their glp-1 from compounders.

I've been following this thread closely (as well as getting some analysis paralysis) and currently thinking about trying the ipa/tesa stack.

Reddit has some good reviews/opinions, but I would love to hear what others have to say (any other stack recs, dosage amount, side effects, etc.).

My goal is to lose a little bit of belly fat, get better sleep, and help with my shoulder issues (tendonitis and bone spur clean up about a year ago).

Any and all feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!

That stack works great for losing some belly fat. I tracked via dexa scan before my first ipa/tesa cycle and built several lbs of muscle and lost around 4% body fat after 8 weeks. Here is the protocol for what you're trying to accomplish. This would be for 8-10 weeks on and equal time off if you're going to do it again later.

Injuries
Morning:

Ipamorelin - 200-300 mcg
TB-500 - 2.0-2.5 mg
BPC-157 - 250 mcg

Evening:

Tesamorelin - 1 mg
BPC-157 - 250 mcg

I should be receiving my first peptides tomorrow. Was supposed to be here last Friday but FedEx seized hundreds of the orders. They're now in limbo. I can see with tracking that mine has been held at the FedEx facility a few miles from me since last Friday.

Good news is the company is reshipping overnight and is supposed to give a $50 store credit as well.

Knock on wood and I don't want to jinx it before I actually get anything BUT I might have a US based company to highly recommend shortly since while this order is a pain, the owner has been sending emails/video updates of the situation (plus the prices are really good too).

I suppose I'm ignorant to how they operate. My assumption is that since they are dealing with these products in bulk, they are buying large enough quantity to justify testing/COA of each batch. Maybe that is not the case.

For the record, I am leaning towards Peptide Partners currently, as they have the most current publicly available testing data that I was able to find. Their products are similarly priced to the other vendors listed here, though they are bundled in larger quantities.

Has anyone had any luck sourcing BAC water locally? Not all of the gray market sellers offer it and it sounds like a Rx is required to buy from any of the major retailers.

I buy Hospira brand BAC water from Farris laboratories online. No rx needed and it's the best BAC water out there. Don't buy any of the Amazon BAC water it can burn and is low quality. Only made that mistake once. No pip anymore with only using Hospira.

Supposedly flagged by FedEx as being fraudulent. The company's location is rural so the labels get created and picked up 2 hours from the closest destination hub and FedEx didnt like it. Doesn't make sense and nothing is happening to fix it, on the FedEx side, so I was skeptical at first but the fact that the tracking hasnt changed since Friday, the delivery date, with it being 2 day shipping means something is awry since they have the package and are holding it.

I probably spoke too soon... FedEx is becoming my most hated carrier.

"Your package is impacted due to events out of our control e.g. dangerous weather or other local restrictions."

Yet another failure by FedEx... it was coming from Memphis at 4am this morning

Original delivery is still miles away and was registered at the facility at 752 last night and says "Your delivery date has changed. We appreciate your understanding while we work to deliver your package as soon as possible." Claims itll be delivered today but still isnt out for delivery.

Guess I'll have to get back with yall on Friday 11/28. FedEx somehow had no flights out of Memphis to DFW today at all. One might fly in an hour and I hopefully get a delivery Friday.

I usually buy from biolongevity labs for some of the peptides I use small amounts of. I have a private bulk supplier that get all the common ones that I will run a longer cycle on. Yes 5 days on 2 days off.

Have you ever purchased this ipa/tesa combo from them? How would this be properly dosed?

You would dose the Tesa at 1MG and with that combo you would be getting like 333mcg of ipa with each 1 mg of tesa.

If you have the cash, that would be morning and night 5 days on 2 days off for 8 weeks.

Or you can just do nightly if you don't want to spend the money.

Also, remember don't eat 90 minutes before or after taking your gh secretogues, because insulin negates the GH release.

Have any of you ever used the local wellness centers that offer these peptide therapies? I like the idea of someone else setting it all up but worry about not getting the appropriate amount.

No, they don't know what they are doing, and their prices are elevated. Stay away from the BS wellness centers.

If you take a little time and do some research you'll know more about peptides than any of those clowns.

Could get a half kit, 5 10mg vials, for about $200 and that's not even close to grey market
