4. Some of the best, if not the best, facilities in the country
5. We are in talent rich state, a lot of which love idea of playing close to home
6. Best conference/division in all of college football
7. Tradition rich school
8. Best school to go to for after football opportunities and Aggie network
9. Nice college town
