Their field went back to grass a while back. Only turf fields left in the SEC are Missouri, Vandy, Kentucky, and the sips (who are supposedly going back to grass next year).

Yep. I was there in attendance. Went to sleep at 4am and woke up at 7am. It barely drizzled. Hence, the cleat comment.

It was rainy conditions for 2012 game in CS and the 2013 game in Fayetteville

It rained up here in 2013 when we stomped their asses. In the 3rd quarter my pregnant wife said she'd had enough, so we left and watched the end of the W at home.

Because our OL is far and away better than the piggies. We have the ability to slog through first downs and eat the clock. Petrino wants to throw the ball...take shots...and be overly creative. That is a disastrous recipe in torrential rain.
And yes, losing Moss sucks. But I trust our stable of backs with another year in the program and really like Morrow.

Owens seems like a rhythm back. When he got in a rhythm against Miss State he looked great and was seeing the field. If he's the featured back in game plan, I feel like he'll perform well.
Also, Arky Dline is much more comparable to Miss State then FL.
Weather folks up here are calling for potential severe weather. That could make for a LONG afternoon (lightning delays).
