The scoreboards look like something out of an Eastern European country.... I'm class of '93, so they all look familiar.

63, Class of 84.

Texas hate big in my whole family of Ags.

In 1984, Sips were ranked and favored to win. I was house hunting for a new job I had secured knowing I was graduating in December. After a long day, I snagged a box of fried chicken and a bottle of Jack. Got back to the hotel and turned on the game to watch. By end of game it was 37-12. Sip players were crying on national tv. It was glorious.

I'd like to see that again this year.

Have never in my life have I been around a collection of people that constantly need validation more than sip fans. Their faux arrogance is all an act to cover true insecurities.

Notice how the meltdowners aren't answering? Also notice how few recent grads aren't answering?

Ignore the children should be the rule here.

73 1972 was a night game in Austin. I worked an all nighter at Wyatts in Bryan, prepping turkey dinners on Wednesday. My new bride and I drove to Austin and we got there shortly before KO. Our seats were in the nose bleed section and as we ascended to our seats, they scored 3 TDs in the first couple of minutes on 2 fumbles and an interception by Lex James.

Never sat down, just turned around and headed back to College Station. Not many pleasant memories of A&M Thanksgiving FB games while there.

Bonfires were nice. Wife worked in O&M Building. Great viewing

I think if many of you remembered how sips treated us when we left for the SEC and how they orchestrated the media blitz to claim we "left the state" and turkey neck Deloss Dodds statement of " we decide when we played again. " then you wouldn't have such a tepid rivalry.

Definitely urge you to read up on why we went to the SEC and how that played out. Remi yourself why this week is a more hatefilled week.

Yet esp a strong dislike for the culture that has been **** out of ATX. It fills the air like the stench of homeless camps that randomly burst into flames under the freeways. An aromatic scent of human feces, wasted money, and plastic.

71 years old, Class of 76… at this time 50 years ago we beat tu 20-10 to go 10-0 in my senior year. The next two games were not good so my BAS needs a cure next week!

Class of '77 and well remember that '75 season. The Arkansas game was a knife through the heart!

Beat the Class of '77 hell out of tu!

Class of '99

Do I hate them? Sure, it's impossible not to. But I prefer the decade where we didn't play them to the time before that.

I hate lsu more, and I despise the fact that tu takes up so much free real estate in most Ag's brain. I hate the horns down crap unless we are actually playing them. I hate the fact that more ags would rather see tu fail than see A&M succeed. I'm already seeing the vestiges of the "as long as we beat tu its a successful season" garbage mentality take root again.

I'll be glad when this week is over, if anything so Aggie football can focus on Aggie football and not spending every waking minute thinking about tu and how we can find obscure ways to prove we are better in one form or fashion. We are better no matter what.

I want A&M to win and succeed and really don't care much about what happens outside of that bubble.

Class of 87, present and accounted for! Jackie Sherrill and RC for the win. Those were some fun times! Going to the Cotton Bowl was a guaranteed win back then. Always against a Heisman winner also. Whoop.

Amen and tu's last NC was 2005. That date is fast becoming "before" most college students were born! Aggies loved Jackie and sips hated him. Beating them 5 years in a row so that turd John Hagy never beat us. He was a typical sip smartass and easy to hate.

Emory was a Darrel Royal protege, and creator of the Wishbone offense, and he effectively ended DKR's tenure at tu. But for the interference of too many "big cigars", Emory would have likely won multiple MNC's at Aggieland. What a shame!
