Maybe I'm the only one but the refs did the right thing in following the rules. One second left when running out of bounds and grounded player recovery.

What are you ****ing talking about? Had there not been the most ridiculous cross wind in Kyle Field history we are playing (and imo beating) tOSU in the cotton bowl to head to the semis.

I wish we would have changed our offensive strategy but we didn't. That said we still had our chances. The further that game gets away from us while watching other results, the more it proves how much we belonged.

Only the saddest and most pathetic of people would still be whining at this point. Our team and coaching staff are on the right track.

A key point is that the clock didn't start because the UGA player recovered it while he was already on the ground. A brilliant awareness by Kirby Smart, and lack of rules knowledge by Ole Miss.

For those of you old enough to remember, Kordell Stewart's throw to Charles Johnson at the Big House was snapped from the 35. I'm surprised Stockton didn't try to throw it to the end zone.

It wouldn't have mattered if the Georgia player was down or not. The play is dead as soon as a kicking team player gets possession of the ball.

That is not what was said on the broadcast. I know the play is dead and the ball can't be advanced, but one would think the act of securing it would take a second.
