Yeah I'm torn, I would love mexico to lose but ties in other games help us, and Panama getting three points doesn't help. But mexico just scored, so….

Right now we're competing against Panama for a slot, not so much Mexico, they're (Mexico) getting a slot, but Panama...

Its an away game, USSF has no control over who broadcasts it. You can watch it in Spanish on Telemundo

By the way, travel is going to be a huge deal in these three game stretches. The US had to fly to El Salvador, back to Nashville and now back down to Honduras. Canada played at home, flew only as far as Nashville and then back home for this one. When they have to do a Central American double I would bet they don't look nearly as good, but us and Canada are at a massive disadvantage with two trips every other cycle, all of them a long ways outside of each other.but short of having both northern North American teams in one three game cycle, no one in the region faces anything close to what we and Canada have.

Seriously. Formation isn't tactics. Dominate the midfield. Keep Pulisic in a clean position. Get both Pepi and the red head engaged and keep them off each other and out of each other's way. The first person who could CP gets dumped the next time they touch the ball.

Im a little worried about a few things, one of which is Acosta has struggled playing as a tradition Right Back. This might be different enough, but we will see.

Acosta, Sands, Adams is a pretty big lack of attacking creativity, but Sands has been able to hit some incisive passes when given time on the ball so we shall see.

I could see Pepi and Sargent somewhat alternating who is pushed forward and who plays withdrawn off the other, as well as some interchange with Pulisic running into spaces they open.

I just don't see that attacking presence centrally that has been lacking in the first 2 games, to move the ball from the defensive third/middle third into the attack. If Pulisic is dropping back too far, too often it could run into a similar issue (though in theory he'd still have Pepi and Sargent ahead of him) I'm really hoping that he is basically going to be given freedom to drift and pop up wherever he can to pick the ball up with space.

Bello has that more traditional width provided when he surges forward, and I seem to remember him hitting in nice crosses in the GOld Cup. We know Acosta can hit good crosses, and has the ability to combine quickly with other players when they are near.

I'm really hoping this lineup ends up being all about freeing up Pulisic to see a ton of the ball and be his dangerous self we see for Chelsea

Dempsey brought up something interesting regarding Konrad...this may not be the most insightful thing anyone has ever written, but I feel like this game the subs are going to really matter a lot. Will really have a chance to alter tactics/formation with those subs in the 2nd half given who is already on the field.

Is there no pregame show or anything on Paramount+?
