There is a legitimate beef here. If it was any other team, or any other fanbase, it would be universal agreement on how bad those calls were, and how significantly they impacted the game.

You can't blow a 23 point lead due to officiating. 100% agreement all around there. Doesn't mean a couple calls can't significantly impact things like rhythm, crowd energy, and actual opportunities for both teams.

I suspect the trolls in here didn't even watch the game. Go back and watch, as if you're someone who doesn't have an irrational hatred of Dallas.

Mavs still win the series but their momentum for the 2n round has been decimated. Refs gave the game to Portland but should never have been that close.

Mavs get 50 FTAs and win game 5. Portland wins a snoozer game 6 then Mavs win Game 7 because they always win game 7s if they can get there.

Good response by Dallas. We went flat with the jumpers early and started attacking like crazy, refs called all the contact in our favor. Need to keep doing that for the rest of the series and hopefully the rest of the playoffs.

Only 35 FTAs I was way off. Why do I even watch this ****.

You can say that all you want, but dallas had 40 points in the paint. They clearly made it a mission to not settle for the jumper. Thats what we were doing before dirk and caron went down, when we were arguably playing the best in the nba. Its always our achilles heel, in that we get lured into settling for bad jumpshots

solid rebound after a devastating loss on Saturday. I fully expect this team to completely forget that they successfully went to the bucket tonight, and expect to be back in Dallas for game 7.

I'm not blaming the refs. It's a combo of refs plus team aggressiveness. I'm just frustrated with the predictability of all factors. But they dont get points in the paint when the refs are calling ticky tack fouls on Chandler and allowing Dirk to be denied position to catch the ball.

the Mavs only have themselves to blame for blowing that huge lead in game 4, but you'd have to be dumber than a ttech flunkout to watch the last few minutes of that game and think "oh, these refs are good!"

We are going to learn a lot about the collective sack of this team on Thursday in Portland.

If we hadn't played 2 extremely close games in Portland in games 3 and 4, I would feel like our chances were slim to go up there and get a win. But I think they played well enough to have some confidence that they can close it out on the road.
