So how do you think the Westbrook injury plays into the spurs favor in the west? I think with the loss of Westbrook, the spurs are clear best team in the west now.

If GS can upset Denver this is setting up nicely for the Spurs.

Both GS and Denver scare me. They can reay spread the court and are very athletic. Matchup issues.

Blackgold, yea we picked him up around February and he's been going back and forth from the Spurs to the D-League throughout the season. He's a really good rebounder and has shown ability to run the pick and roll and has a surprisingly good touch around the bucket.

What a ****ing disgrace this series was. Injuries or no injuries, the defense on the pick and roll is abysmal. D'Antoni seams completely incapable of making adjustments over the coarse of a series much less within a game. If this gets him canned, then I'll count it as a blessing. This isn't any other city where they celebrate a playoff appearance or division titles. We only hang championships here in LA and I don't see Pringles ever getting us there.

I definitely want to see Phil involved with this team next season. He doesn't have to coach, but a President of Basketball Operations role like Pat Riley has in Miami would be fine. Phil can teach Dwight the mental aspect of the game. Guy has the physical tools to push any other bigs **** in on a nightly basis, but he's got to want it. I know he's been hobbled all season and his stats are solid, but he is capable of so much more.

It's going to be interesting to see what magic Mitch can work this offseason.

Rather play Golden State. Their only big is Bogut. Denver is playing right into the hands of GS with all this running up and down giving them three points looks. The Spurs will slow the game down and make GS play the half-court game.

Pop will come up with a game plan to contain the shooting. Curry will hit his shots but the Spurs should be able to handle the series.

As for Denver, they have the size and length to bother the Spurs defensively. Lawson can stay with Parker where Parker would run wild vs GS.

There is pros and cons to both but I'd prefer GS and it isn't really close.

Those saying "GS and DEN scare me" well MEM,LAC and OKC are all scarier so I don't know what to tell you.

Earlier in the season Mills would fluctuate between second and third pg but Joseph starting to not suck has pushed him down the chart.

Joseph is easily the 2nd best PG on the team. The Spurs should dump Mills and De Colo this Summer IMO.

Joseph never sucked. One of the best perimeter defenders on the team.
