Spurs up by 3 at half. Gave up 30 in the 1st qtr but only 19 in the 2nd. I would like to see them pull away in the 3rd.

Afflalo keeping NY in this game. He hit a "right place at the right time" 3 off a rebound after a great defensive play by SA and now he just hit a really tough 3 with Green in his face.

Didn't get to see game but followed stat line. Looked like Kawhi didn't shoot for most of the 4th quarter, especially after the 6-8 minute mark. Was it Tony Parker leading the way to close it out?

As much fun as it was to have a reason to yell loud at the end and feel the building shake (#spurfanproblems), none of it would have been necessary had it not been for the egregious no-call on the Kawhiet Riot. Which only happened because of Brian tempting fate.

Attended my first game of the year. (Whew!)

It got dicey when they missed Carmello fouling Kawhi immediately followed by the and-1 on the other end. Knicks hit a TON of tough shots and we were LUCKY they missed the last trey.

Ugh. That call was such crap. And then they turn around and call a similar foul on us on the other end.

The reffing this game felt poor but I also am biased.

There was a string of bad calls and no-calls down the stretch. The Knicks are lucky it was close to the end of the game with tons of stoppages in play to prevent the game from getting in a rhythm, because Kawhi was not happy and when Kawhi is not happy he tends to take the ball away from you and dunk it.

I feared the Knicks. They have a couple of guys in Melo and Porzingus that scare me because they can be unguardable.

And tonight, it happened. We were not cashing in on some easy looks and it kept it close. Next thing you know a few crazy shots go in and we are in a dog fight. It was lucky to pull this out. We lost this exact game in NYC last year.

Oh, and Carmelo was blocked six times on the way to going 5 of 15 from the floor with two of his made shots coming on offensive rebounds after switches. He also had to give up the ball several times after attempting isolation because he can't get any traction against Kawhi.

Was it Danny that had that great block without fouling on Melo?

That was great. Green had a solid game tonight. Wasn't too bad offensively and played some good defense. Hope he's starting to get his game going again.

I think he blocked Carmelo 3 times. Stuffed a fadeaway for a jump ball, blocked an attempted layup on a baseline drive from a high post-up, and another one in the first half that I can't come up with right now.right
