Jayden will force decision-makers to weigh the idea of him against the worry that this injury detour is a sign of things to come. It reminds me of 2017, when OG Anunoby fell to the 23rd pick because of his dubious status after also tearing his ACL. At the 20th slot, a player who I think has the potential to be the most dynamic rim protector in the class (a race between him and Caleb Wilson, in my opinion) is well worth the risk, considering the potential to play him alongside Victor Wembanyama. It will be an interesting series. The Spurs lost to Minnesota twice, both on the road. The first loss, Wemby didn't play and Ant scored 30+. In the second, Ant and Divencenzo combined for 43. The game that the Spurs won, Ant scored 55.
It all depends if somebody on the Wolves steps up but there is no way they can replace Ant. Without Ant and Donte, their 3 point shooting takes a big hit and the Spurs have the best rim protector in the game.

Hopefully Wendy can manage better than 19% from 3 or we can forget about a sweep.

Shams said earlier today Ant would be out games 1 and 2 and that 3 and 4 are maybes.

Of note, Ant played like ass in the first 3 games of the last series before he hurt his knee. His other knee has been giving him problems, which is why he missed most of the end of the season.

I guess this explains why we didn't see CB much in the last game.

I'll be in town Wednesday, going to try to make it. What's the best strategy for tickets, by now or wait closer to tip-off?
